Unreliable. The order was promised before Christmas but was not delivered until 10 January, after I complained. They never even called the number provided.

Looking at other reviews, I see positive comments under my name that I never wrote. Someone has been making up false reviews.

The company's reply, knowing I am overseas, is to give me a toll-free number that can't be called from my location.

It all came together really well and all of my clients absolutely loved it! Just forgot some of the message cards in the boxes we ordered so had to chase those people up. Other than that will 100% be returning again for future client gifts!

My package never got delivered to my friend for Christmas. There is no customer service number or email to reach them to figure it out either.

I had to make a last minute order for a nice Christmas hamper and was able to get it from Bockers & Pony with express delivery. Nice hampers to choose from, easy to order and the delivery worked well. I also called them and received very friendly and professional help.

I am from the US and was looking for a gift basket to send to my friends in AU. This fit the bill perfectly and much to my surprise was super special to receive. Apparently, your reputation is that of excellence in AU. Thanks for making my friends smile.

One of my orders (3) did not arrive before Christmas and until now 5th of January 2022. I was assured the package will arrive before Christmas when I rang the office.
I have emailed the office about the problem and until now 5th of January 2022 there’s no reply. Office still close when I rang and may need to wait till 10th of January 2022.
