Good but not on time

Hello the product was good but I requested a specific delivery date for a birthday and it didnt arrive until three days later.

Not yet received after 3 days

I paid extra to have it delivered on a specific date and it didn’t arrive. 3 working days later and it still hasn’t, and 3 emails I’ve sent requesting information have not been responded to.

Still not delivered

Still not delivered - please advise. Should have been delivered on 28th Jan and recipient has not received anything. So not happy. Please advise what has happened.

The online process was simple and easy


The online process was simple and easy to do, but you cross you fingers and hope it gets delivered.
I would have rated it higher if they provided a link to track delivery, instead of just receiving a notice that it was delivered.

Great products, but please add tracking details

I love the product offering and the quailty, however not receiving tracking details or at the very least a "shipped" email, has made my experience problematic everytime I've used the service. Both as a sender and reciever of B&P. Would love to continue to purchase from you, but please look at adding a tracking service to your customer experience.

Products were great and the gift was


Products were great and the gift was perfect.
Not happy that there is absolutely NO tracking of the order whatsoever.
The only way I even knew that the person received the orders was when we were talking to them.
