Poor updates

Once I placed the order with Bockers & Pony, I got confirmation it had been received. But that’s where it stopped. I’d heard nothing else. No tracking number, no order out for delivery, no delivery received, NOTHING.
I had to contact a few times to confirm everything.
I’m sure my dad will absolutely love the beautiful Hamper. But unfortunately bad service??

Disappointing delivery

I ordered two hampers for work colleagues anniversaries and requested delivery on a certain date. Both packages were delivered two days before the date they were supposed to have been.

Ordered from UK. This was a birthday gift. Great choices on the easy to use website. Arrived on time and watched the recipient open it online. He loved it and was impressed with the packaging.
Always difficult using a company first time without a personal recommendation but I needn’t have worried. Well done Bockers and Pony.
