you didn't tell me up front that my recipients had to go to the post office to get their gift - never again

Hello and thanks for your feedback. All of our hampers are delivered with a reliable and efficient courier service.
We give our courier the authority to leave parcels if the recipient is not at home. This only happens when the courier deems this to be safe. It seems in this instance the courier deemed it best to take it to the post office. We hope the recipient enjoyed their thoughtful gift.

Apart from 1 hiccup which was recovered beautifully, Bockers & Pony have been amazing. Thankyou. My Dad recently passed away and I've been able to bring some happiness to Mum at Mother's Day and her birthday with these gifts.

Reliable and easy

I purchased a hamper as a gift. It was delivered on the correct day, beautifully packaged and very good quality. The recipients were delighted.

Wrong items in hamper!!

I’m really unhappy that the advertised product of tea cup and saucer was not sent to my mum in her hamper. The mug is not a good substitution
I expect to be asked about such changes and would appreciate at least a partial refund as the whole point of the gift for my mum was the cup and saucer
