I received everything, but I’m very disappointed with the product. The rear brake has a serious issue because the brake pad that came installed is not compatible with the new motor I received. This makes the scooter unsafe and unusable until the correct part is provided. I expected better quality control and would like a replacement brake pad that actually works with the new motor.

The Bogist M5 Pro S has a disappointing balance between speed and battery life. After using it for several weeks, I noticed the performance became inconsistent. The lighting system feels outdated, the braking is unreliable, and the display is difficult to read. What disappointed me most was how flimsy the frame feels compared to other scooters in this price range. Overall, it was a frustrating purchase experience.

I placed an order for a waterproof wire at the exact price listed on your website, as clearly shown in the attached picture.

After I completed the payment, you changed the price of the item, which is completely unacceptable and misleading. I paid the agreed price shown at the time of purchase, and that is the price you are obligated to honor.

This is not the only issue I have had with your company.

In a separate case, I contacted you regarding problems with my Bogist 5 M Pro. You agreed to send me a replacement dashboard. However, the item you sent was clearly used and does not work.

So in total, I have experienced two serious issues with your business:

Changing the price after payment
Sending a used and non-functional product as a replacement

This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Livraison rapide et conforme

We have bought twice in the webshop (handle and battery for Scooter M5 PRO) and in both cases we had a very good service!

Livraison rapide mais le chargeur il fonctionne pas ( mauvais qualité )et je peux pas même pas contacter le service client la trottinette elle a fait une masse à cause de chargeur et maintenant elle s’allume pas en plus 40€ pour un chargeur qui fonctionne pas

Très mauvaise entreprise, reçu un bogist mp 5 avec problème de réparations pour contact défectueux pour recharge au total mains d'oeuvres 200€.
Que celui-ci trouve trop coûteux la réparation,et demande des preuves par photos que nous avons envoyé avec factures.
Nous sommes toujours pas remboursés.
Je ne ferais pas de bonnes recommandations pour cette entreprise.

J'ai bien reçu ma commande mais j'ai pas eu l'affiche pour monté le nouveau tableau le câble d'étanchéité et le contrôleur s'il vous plaît veillez m'envoyer une vidéo pour pouvoir monté.merci

J'ai commandé dans ce shop une fourche pour une trottinette bogist m5 pro afin de remplacer la mienne qui a un jeu pas possible (soucis au déballage... SAV aliexpress au passage...)
Résultat je reçois une fourche dans un emballage très sommaire et surprise au montage, l'axe de la fourche n'est pas taraudé donc impossible de la visser sur ma trottinette.
Le SAV ne répond pas, je menace de déposer de mauvais avis et on me dit de patienter et au final ça continue de faire le mort.
Un conseil?
NE PERDEZ PAS VOTRE ARGENT, NI AVEC CETTE MARQUE NI AVEC SON SHOP !

Comprei um artigo no site da Bogist, uma controladora para uma C1 Pro, o artigo veio danificado e não parece original.
A empresa recusa a troca alegando que o produto veio da China, sendo que segundo a lei Europeia este artigo de não troca utilizado no site não é valido.
Ou seja, os senhores compram um artigo, não sabem qual armazém a empresa vai utilizar, depois alegam que veio da China e não podem fazer a troca. Mesmo que fosse informado que veio da China, segunda a Diretiva da UE , 2019/771, a troca deve ser efetuada ou a devolução do valor, independente de clausulas inválidas que a empresa crie.
Uma fraude vergonha que desrespeita o direito do consumidor.

Bon produit , juste le délais de livraison qui est lent mais raisonnable pour la France faut compter 3 à 4 semaines.
