Eso si, hice una consulta tecnica en 2 ocasiones, y todavía espero respuesta...

Although delivery was about a month and post office had no information about tracking and delivery, the package finally was delivered! Many follow up messages were sent and the seller, it appears, hand carried it across the border and shipped it without any customs inspection or tax! The product was well packaged and appears to function as described.

Franchement très bien, trottinette solide et très jolie.
Pour moi qui ai des problèmes pour marcher c'est PARFAIT MERCI .

La notice n’est pas en français

On ne peut pas garder en mémoire le compteur journalier
Dès qu’on arrête la trottinette les kilomètres du trip se remettent à zéro
La vitesse donnée sur la notice n’est pas exacte
On nous annonce 25, 35 et 45km alors qu’elle roule à 8, 15 et 20km

I was over charged, contacted with no response and when product arrived it was way too small (titanium underwear bought size XL and product is labelled XL but is a XS) scam site bought via their vitalease site which wants all Ur details to sign up or subscribe email address in order to "contact anyone". Currently going through my bank account to try and get a refund.

réception du collie dans les temps et très bonne êta suivie pas difficile a suivre juste le petit souci c que y pas de traduction en Français si non rien a dire

Compro una controladora para solucionar el error q marca el patinete.
Ahora no marca el error viejo, pero si un error de comunicación. Compro la pantalla creyendo que va a solucionar el nuevo error, y resulta que se ha equivocado y me ha enviado una centralita que no es la misma. Físicamente es distinta, pero tiene las conexiones exactas a la vieja. Le muestro un vídeo de lo q sucede, ya ya no contesta a los correos. Ahora tengo una centralita que no sirve y 2 pantallas que si funcionan bien. Pero no me contesta al correo para devolver la controladora que el envío por error. Sobre coste y patinete inservible. Tengo que ver dónde conseguir la controladora, porque esta tienda no es seria. No hacer tratos con esta tienda.

Extremely helpful .. the motor arrived quickly ..unfortunately it had the disc brake unit on the opposite side but I was able to buy a brake caliper unit that would fit .thanks guys!
