Came to repair my boiler, excellent communication, fitted me in quickly for diagnostic, arrived on time and identified the problem, ordered the parts and attempted to fix the problem, unfortunately due to upgrades from previous baxi engineer the part wouldnât fit, attempted to order replacement but found it was going to be an added expense and a tricky repair that might mean I need to replace my boiler, so he called me and informed me of this, gave his suggestions and a competitive price should I wish to replace my boiler, very honest, will keep in mind for an future plumbing needs.
