Tidy workmen, would recommend for similar boiler installs

Spoke with Danny who looked at my boiler and sent quotes. Danny and josh arranged delivery and installation and the gentleman who fitted the boiler was excellent, clean and polite. Great job and would definately recommend this company

The boiler boys arrived as arranged, got straight to work. The boys worked as a team, polite, helpful throughout the installation.unfortunately I had a FaceTime survey and they couldn’t fit the boiler in the airing cupboard but installed it in the loft even installing me a switch in the airing cupboard just in case I need to switch it off in an emergency. The whole process was seamless from start to finish I would recommend this company for an installation to anyone.

The heating surveyor, Carlos, had been very helpful throughout the entire process of providing a competitive quote to explaining the whole process of installing a new boiler for my property. Unfortunately the engineer's clutch in the van had broken down on the day of installation (Friday), but given that I had travelled over 60miles to arrive at the property for the appointment that day, I was also compensated by the surveyor that they would be willing to give one year's service free of charge as compensation for not being able to install the boiler on the day. I can tell that this was re-arranged with priority as it was rearranged to Monday and appreciate this good and professional customer service that was offered. I would be willing to use them again for next year.

I wanted to use a mate to replace a water heater in my property and save money. My wife made me use Harrison and wow, she was right. Carlos was a very good, professional salesman who set up the deal very quickly. Josh and Sam turned up on site, on time and put us at ease with their pleasant manner. The job hit a major snag with a gas leak from my meter. They stayed with me and sorted it all out with the main gas company, talking technical with them to get a rapid response. I was very happy with the job but don’t tell the wife. Will use them again.

After contacting Boiler guide, I received 3 quotes .I was then contacted by Joshua who helped a lot in my decision to choose Harrison Boilers+Install as the supplier of my new Boiler.
On the day of the install ,the new boiler was delivered early in the morning quickly followed by Paul who with no fuss or bother removed the old Boiler and installed the new one .
I must say it was a quick and effortless purchase and install procedure and my thanks go to all involved at Harrison Boilers...

Great service from Harrison boiler & installations from start to finish. Carlos helped us decide which model boiler would meet our requirements. Danny viewed our old boiler via mobile video to ensure all would go smoothly on installation. We only had a very short wait to have the boiler installed. Top firm. I went through 5 quotes with other major energy firms and settled for Harrison's who I stumbled onto on a search to have a new boiler installed.

They were very proffesional, great communication and straightforward process. We are very pleased with our new boiler. The only bad thing was that they made a mistake on writing our address on the finance application and it was too late for us to qualify for fincance when they came around to install it so we had to pay the cost upfront which we weren't counting on. But anyone can make a mistake and our address is very confusing since the house next door is 43A and it always gets mixed up annoyingly. That's why I still give them 5 stars :)

Happy customers..we were very pleased with the work and the workers Sam and Josh. Cheerful, efficient and helpful. Before leaving we were given much needed instructions on how to use the controls, this included how to set the Hive.

Recently Harrison removed an old free standing boiler from my kitchen and fitted a new boiler in the loft so had a lot of removing old old pipe work and boiler and fitting anew system. I was very impressed with the engineers who attended, they were polite, very hard working and knowledgeable, I was very confident with their work ethic and cheerfulness. I have no hesitation in recommending Harrison Boiler fitters, I was very pleased with the job they carried out
