Very polite and brilliant customer service from Danny and Josh. The engineers arrived on time and carried out an excellent job, explaining the process throughout. Have not had any issues and I am enjoying the benefits of their great work. Also had their boss come personally to site to ensure I was happy with everything, and I found this very reassuring and professional. I will highly recommend them and refer them, whenever I get the opportunity to do so. Excellent work.

Everything about this installation was brilliant from start to finish. The quoting process, a brief survey and getting a date organised was extremely smooth. The installer was very professional and he had the whole thing installed and up and running in a few hours. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their boiler.

Oh My God this is amazing this company engineers they arrived on time and did the job was unbelievable. They are so friendly and very helpful and finished it on the same day. The engineer called Paul, he is so clever and did it absolutely fantastic and I would recommend everyone for the future.

Harrison Boiler and Install have been excellent. They gave very reliable advice and helped me pick the best boiler for our needs.

Super straight forward pre install was speaking with Eshan throughout who was very helpful and swift with any queries I had. On the day the parts was delivered in the morning then Paul & Josh the engineers arrived shortly after and got on with the job better than expected. Finished in 2 days, would recommend!

I found Harrison Boilers on the website, After i sent in a few photos of the current boiler etc i received the quotes from Josh from sales who was also very professional. The boiler was installed on 4th December 2023 which was about three weeks from initial contact. However, there were earlier dates available. Martin the engineer arrived on time, was tidy and explained the functions of the boiler. I would definitely recommend this company. 10/10

Very efficient and swift service from Joshua, Danny and Michal Bienco who fitted the boiler and other related parts on his own on a Sunday. All minor follow up matters were dealt with clear guidance and support. Prices were very competitive and finance, if required, is easily set up by them. Highly recommend them to you.

I don't want this to read like all the other reviews but i have to say these guys are really very good at what they do.
Fast response from site survey to quote through to supply and installation and as the landlord this was all done via phone and email.The tenant is over the moon with their new boiler .

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Easy and no nonsense quote, great what’s app communication to sort out over a weekend and overall - and very quick installation. Easy to deal with on the day. Good pricing too. They took the stress out of having a new boiler installed and because a company rather than single trades, felt reassured as they have resources. Thank you Josh and Danny - and installer, apologies, I didn’t catch your name!

Carlos was so helpful from the start, he and the team were friendly, informative and super efficient. They really made the whole process super simple, after months of researching and failed attempts from previous companies, finding these guys was incredible, sorted everything out perfectly. I would like to thank Harrison Boiler Installations. I found Harrison Boiler & Install on Trustpilot and their reviews sounded great. Fiona was friendly and professional and advised me on the best boilers available and the payments. She booked me a WhatsApp video chat with one of Harrison's engineers called Danny who took pictures of my old boiler and flue and also gave me a lot of sound advice.
Sam the boiler installer came to my house in Croydon early on 26.10.23. What a guy, he is not only knowledgeable and professional at his job but quite a friendly person. Before I knew it the boiler was installed. Sam showed me and my relatives how to download and use the Hive thermostat which I've always wanted. (You need to use Sam on a Hive instruction and a boiler promotional video) I would recommend Harrison's to anyone. They did everything it said on the tin and are very professional and flexible.

Excellent customer service

Excellent service from the onset. Dale & Chris were brilliant is securing me my boiler price & booking it in for me on the job 6 months later on my half term school break. John installed the boiler, piper work etc & did a magnificent job. Very polite, helpful & knowledgeable on the boiler system. He talked me through what was needed to be done without hesitation. Joshua came on the last day to fit the condenser pipe, he was also very polite & helpful. I can not fault Harrison at all. I will definitely recommend to my friends & family. Great 👍

Straightforward and speedy, they moved things around to accommodate me and get my new boiler installed within a couple days of the old one breaking. Danny was really helpful explaining the process and making sure i got the right product. I checked the quote they gave me with a couple of other providers, and was told it was a great deal
