Dale provided excellent service throughout keeping me informed on my options, best choices and making the process clear and easy and ensured a fast turnaround on getting me a new boiler.

Jeff who did the instal was fast, friendly informative and did an excellent job taking care of my property the entire time.

Even had a courtesy call after from Dale to ensure the installation went as planned and to answer any questions.

Highly recommended.

These guys made a job so simple which we had struggled to get done for years - and we only wish we had known about them earlier! We live in a block of flats with our boiler about 8 meters from the outside wall. So many companies had come and said this couldn't be done or would need specialist equipment. When we heard that Boiler & Install Company had been able to do installs for some neighbours we got in contact and quickly assessed the job over video call. We had a quote very quickly and a date in the diary for install. On the day everything went incredibly smoothly, even with all the quirks of how our flat was built which made things tricky. They dealt with everything the job threw at them brilliantly, made me feel very assured throughout. They were also very pleasant and professional on every call and on the day. The flat was left very clean with no need for me to do any clear up.

Have already recommended to my neighbours and would recommend to you too.

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish with The Boiler and Install Company. Dale was incredibly patient and thorough, spending a considerable amount of time discussing various options with me to ensure I made the right decision. His expertise and willingness to help were truly commendable. When the installation day arrived, the team executed the fitting of the boiler with remarkable ease and professionalism. They worked efficiently and left my home spotless, which I greatly appreciated. Dale and company arranged and installed our Glow Worm boiler a couple of years ago. That experience itself was great, with care and attention.

Last week we saw a drop in pressure after using the heating, so made a quick call to Dale two days ago. He advised it was probably the pressure release valve and I should contact them manufacturer as we're under the warranty. I made that call and Vaillant came round this morning, confirmed it was that valve and replaced it. I now have a perfect boiler again.

Please choose Boiler & Install, as they really do care. Dale kept in contact throughout and also offered to speak to the Vaillant engineer if useful. He and his staff are fantastic.

Thank you for coming do quickly to do the work and making replacing the old boiler and making the whole area lol so much neater. Really appreciate you fixing the leak which was making my wall damp. Even fitted a new filter and magnetic particle catcher.

We are absolutely delighted with our new Vaillant boiler installation. The team did a brilliant job from start to finish. They not only relocated the boiler into the new place, did extra work in the attic and also repaired and made good the space where the old boiler used to be. Everything was done to a really high standard, with no mess left behind.

The guys worked hard, communicated clearly throughout, and the finish is spot on; neat pipework, clean installation, and a reliable boiler ready to go. Honestly, it’s rare to meet such professional tradespeople in the UK.

I have used Dale before for my house boiler installation and it was very smooth. We used him recently for a new boiler installation in a flat- where the managing agents were a nightmare to deal with- but Dale and his team were very patient and responsive and eventually we got everything sorted.
