Thank you so much for your 5-star review. I'm really glad to hear you found the equipment nice and soft :)

I understand that duties can be frustrating, we do absorb the majority of the shipping cost for international orders, so at this stage it is not something that we cover for the different countries that impose it (which we note in our FAQ's for transparency). Perhaps as we grow this is something we can look into.

I hope you have many amazing water adventures in your new BOLDE gear.

I'm glad to hear you’re happy with your new BOLDE item. We do absorb most of the postage cost incurred for international orders, however, we do charge $20 to help cover some of that cost.
