Good variety of food, value for money and delivery times are accurate.

The order was short of Amul butter . I escalated back the issue. The perosn called me and said they are reviewing footage. Its been two months no one has responded back. Saw other reviews and this seems to be their Modus Operandi. Short the order of an expensive item and not respond.

Terrible experience; I needed to contact my bank to retrieve the funds.

Extremely unprofessional Nd non communicative service they just take order money Nd the order is not delivered in 3 days the courier service keeps rescheduling the order as we have only that work to track the orders ..the call number always goes to voice mail no call backs they are scammers taking money do not take any services from them

This has been a very disappointing experience. After receiving payment and handing the parcel to their delivery partner, the company does not take responsibility for delays or issues. Their delivery partner repeatedly fails to deliver on time.time A big no to use the service again

Such a great first experience. Everything came on time and packaging is just exceptional. This is hands down the best online indian grocery store that I've used so far (used around 3-4 others).

Impossible to place an order. The button is greyed out. Tried with different browsers, same issue. No response from the Customer service, messaged several times, complete ignore. What's the point having an online shop if can't buy anything there? Useless.

DO NOT ORDER ANY PERISHABLE ITEMS. They do not accept any liability for perishable items that are delivered late. It seems like this is a persistent issue with them and they are aware of it. I would like order non-perishable items from them, but not anything frozen or fresh as it is likely that it will not be delivered on time and Bombay Basket will not take any repsonsbility.

Such a good online store to get all my shopping. I just wish they had a physical store too! Great offers and delivery was on time.

We recently had our first order. Few items were expensive than mrp mentioned at haldiram site. When we received item I could see the price stickers were removed. The same item was available half price elsewhere. Wouldn't be ordering with them again.

Well packed and delivery in time. Prices are very competitive. Expiry of products are long. Fresh produce is also very fresh. Would do more orders. Jai Shree Ram.

0 Customer service. Wrote twice after placing order for a small adjustment after been ordering for some (being a loyal customer), but they simply ignored all messages. Ver disappointing service!

I ordered these so-called mango drinks called Maaza, which are supposedly made from real mango pulp, but they turned out to be nothing but some cheap powder on it It’s not safe to drink no point in paying for return as these are overly charged in the first place

I ordered some products (hair oils) from Bombay Basket a few days ago and I chose the incorrect delivery date. Not realising I had chosen 27th of September for my delivery instead of 27th of August.

I emailed them because my order hadn't arrived, and a customer service guy called me back within 20 minutes, explained what I had done and rearranged my delivery for me.

He was quick, polite and pleasant. I hope to be ordering from them again. I only just discovered their website this week.

I got the items I ordered and absolutely on time. No fuss, simply great service.

Vegetables were fresh, the spices aromatic, and the packaged goods had ample shelf life. I was particularly impressed with the freshness of the herbs and the variety of fresh chillies and other green vegetables, which are often hard to find in other grocery stores. Thanks

Top service, great choice of products. Searched online and saw many online indian stores but this was by far the cheapest. Great packing too.
