Brian Conway - Travel Advisor レビュー

Brian has several trips for us now, both longer family trips with children, and shorter trips for conferences overseas. He is always prompt, courteous, very knowlegeable about the areas to visit, and follows up details to make holiday travel extremely easy. We appreciate his itinerary suggestions, and accommodation choices. Overall, our go-to agent for our family trips and highly recommended.

Brian makes booking a breeze ! just throw the dates and locations through and he was back to me quickly with a great few options, even for a seasoned self booking P1 it was just far easier to get Brian to organise these trips with some workers coming from New Zealand and othes Australia into and around China ! Cheers Brian

Brian has helped me get tickets since Covid.
Great service
The Best
Always gets back promptly.
Kind and organized assistance when medical matters hapoened

Brian booked my fares and then I needed the dates changed. Not a problem. However I had to have more changes. Brian was able to organise a totally new fare with the new dates just a few days away from when I needed to travel. I am very happy with his helpful, good service and advice.

Brian was at all times helpful and quick to respond. He was able to organize multiple flights on one ticket, something that I would have found quite difficult to do without his assistance.

Brian Conway has been a wonderful travel agent for me. Attention to detail amazing.

Brian was a pleasure to work with. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process and exhibited extensive knowledge of holiday destinations and accommodation options.

I would not hesitate to work with Brian again and highly recommend his services.

Brian is efficient, knowledgeable and really understands what you're looking for when you plan travel.

Super organised and helpful.

Great boutique travel agent! Knowledgable and an IATA accredited agency. Personable and efficient.

Hadn’t used a travel agent in many years but decided to use Brian for booking flights to and from Europe - not disappointed.

Great suggestions that ensured an awesome itinerary!

Great package. Brian listens and adjusts as needed. Very thorough. Like the package. The ultimate test will come when we do the actual travel.

Up until recently we always planned our trips ourselves however, I recently had the pleasure of liaising with Brian at Bonaventure Travel for two significant trips, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his services.

Firstly, Brian meticulously planned a trip to Italy and Switzerland for two ladies travelling alone. His communication throughout the planning process was exemplary, ensuring that every detail was covered with a focus on safety and convenience. From selecting the best routes to recommending safe accommodations, Brian’s approach made us feel secure and well-cared for throughout our journey.

More recently, Brian organised an extensive trip for our family of 12, spanning three generations, to New Zealand. This trip involved driving from the North Island to the South Island, and Brian took care of every aspect with remarkable precision. He arranged the best accommodations at each stop, ensuring comfort and convenience for everyone. The hire cars were ready and waiting, and the wake-up times were reasonable, allowing us to enjoy our vacation without feeling rushed.

What truly stood out was the seamless execution of both trips. There were no hiccups whatsoever, thanks to Brian’s thorough planning and attention to detail. Even up to the day before our departure, I had complete trust in Brian’s capabilities and left all the planning in his hands. His dedication and expertise ensured that both trips were memorable and stress-free.

I highly recommend Brian at Bonaventure Travel for anyone looking to plan a trip, whether it’s a solo adventure, a family vacation, or anything in between. His professionalism, communication skills, and meticulous planning make him an invaluable asset to any travel experience.

Great service

Knowledgable and flexible options given, quick communication and responses

Best experience ever with Brian booking a very in depth trip through Norway including trains, transfers, hotels, experiences, everything planned out beautifully and communicated to me and I had a detailed itinerary with all the plans, vouchers, flight details etc that I needed at my fingertips. He communicates promptly, anticipates scenarios I wouldn’t have even thought of and as a result the trip worked like clockwork. Would never book any other way again. Brian thinks of every last detail and makes it completely stress free. Honestly think he is a travel genius. Have recommended his services to so many people who have all sung his praises afterwards. Could not recommend more highly.

Efficient and professional. Couldn't fault anything and we had a fantastic trip.

Brian is very professional and easy to deal with.
