Brian Conway - Travel Advisor レビュー

We’re so grateful to Brian for helping us to organise a long awaited trip. Amazing service, would definitely go with bonadventure again!

Expert and helpful, immediately put together a detailed itinerary which I could review and respond to. Very easy to deal with.

Another great booking done with Brian. Always finding the most convenient and manageable booking/flights fit for my schedule.

Brian is a true professional and an expert in his field. He takes all of the stress out of booking international travel, particularly in very stressful situations. Knowledgeable, prompt and excellent attention to detail, I would highly recommend Brian at Bonaventure.

I haven't made the trip yet, so can only reply regarding the booking process, which was efficient and professionally done.

Brian was extremely helpful in assisting me for my travel to the states at the end of the year. I had trouble working out an itinerary and Brian got back to me the same day with a full plan including every document needed for the holiday. I highly recommend him for any travel plans.

This is the second trip Brian has organised for us. He is always helpful and efficient.

Brian is helpful and patient. He has a lovely disposition and understood the travellers' needs. Thank you for your help indeed.

Brian’s great at finding the right flight if you’re after specific timings and dates. Fantastic service with both booking and managing flights should there be any changes or general questions about flying.

He provided practical ideas to improve our itinerary in order not to retrace our steps and to maximise our time overseas. He provided many flight options to choose from. He was prompt with his information and a pleasure to deal with.

Very helpful, informative, and prompt in responding to emails and other communication. Will certainly recommend Brian Conway and Bonaventure.

Brian was brilliant help in organising our trip to Europe this year. We are very grateful for his advice and he was always accessible to us if we had queries or concerns.

Brian was really helpful in arranging our trip in a very short space of time. He made sure to find us the best deal and value for money. He also made changes to my booking with no problem. I will definitely have no hesitation recommending his services.

Brian is amazing, always finds the way and is very efficient and so lovely to deal with.

Brian always has the traveller's best interest in mind. He is a wealth of knowledge in his field and goes beyond to ensure things go smoothly. On one occasion he was arranging for extra baggage allowance at 8 pm for my Daughters in USA – Not many have this dedication !

We contacted Brian via email. He really understood what we wanted and after only a couple of days we decided on what route to travel as per his advice. We now have our tickets to USA We've booked through Brian previously and would not hesitate to highly recommend him for all travel bookings. Makes it all so easy. Thanks Brian

This travel agency was very helpful in organising our trip. We found them efficient and their price was reasonable and they ticked all the boxes.

Brian is, and always has been, fantastic!
Fast, reliable, helpful, & available.
He solves problems, and gets things done.
Just the person you want helping to sort out travel, all the more now that the world has become a little more complicated in this department (to say the least).
Highly recommended.
