Fabulous service and provided lots of different flight options for travel to UK. Very helpful!

Brian (Conway) was absolutely amazing in sorting out our flights in such difficult times. Always providing up to date COVID restrictions and flexibility to get to the UK and back again. In such a complicated time to travel and the difficult circumstances under which we under, Brian was so professional and reliable it made our trip worry free. Will certainly use Bonaventure Travel again.

Super happy with service by Brian Conway at Bonaventure Travel. Super quick responses (even outside of normal work hours) and very helpful. Got us home when an airline left us stranded! Many thanks - highly recommended.

Brian was efficient, helpful and managed to do exactly what he promised, book me a flight back home to Australia. Would highly recommend Bonaventure Travel.

Very pro-active support during this extreme travel restrictions imposed by the federal and state government. Finding a flight back to home in such circumstances was priceless. Otherwise, the next flight available would have been 3 and half months later and subject to Qantas cancellation and international borders yet to be opened by the respective governments. This overseas trip based on compassionate grounds in order to assist my father during the last 6 weeks of his life and mother (92) transfered to a nursing home was one in a lifetime trip. Knowing my wife broke her right ankle, unable to drive and immobilized for 8 weeks at home, the flight cancellation announcement at the beginning of Septembre put her on the verge of a mental breakdown after more than 3 months of absence and 4 additional months to wait for a Qantas flight at the end of December (direct flight to Perth by now non existing anymore...). Brian's professionalism, efficiency and speed was unprecedented and so helpful.

Brian from Bonaventure has been prompt and helpful in booking my flight to Australia. Great experience thank you

Brian at Bonaventure is an experienced professional who calmly and efficiently organised return flights to the UK at short notice. He was across all the current complexities of international travel and was able to advise on all necessary requirements and permits needed to leave and enter both countries. I could not be more grateful for his assistance.

They go above and beyond to get flights in a very difficult time. Very quick to respond to questions and relay any changes. I couldn’t not recommend Brian highly enough.

Great professional service
Thanks Brian

Thorough, straight forward and timely advice in a time which is hard to provide any certainty. I value the service that Brian and the team have provided.

I have updated this review as I accidentally gave 1 star when I meant to give 5.
