Misleading Company
I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before purchasing from this company.
After requesting a return, I was emailed a return authorization form along with the address to send my items back. I was clearly instructed to return the items within 30 days, which I did exactly as directed. I followed every instruction they provided and returned the package within the required timeframe.
Despite complying fully with their own return policy and instructions, the company has refused to issue my refund. It's incredibly frustrating to do everything you're asked to do, only to have the company ignore its own process when it's time to honor the refund.
This has been a disappointing and stressful experience. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and I feel completely let down by the way this has been handled. A company's return policy is meaningless if it refuses to honor it after customers have met all of the stated requirements.
I expected fair treatment and a straightforward refund, but instead I've been left out of pocket with no satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company unless you're prepared to risk difficulties if you ever need to return an item.
Be cautious
The item I received was very different from the photos on the website. The return process was extremely frustrating—I had to pay to return the item to China, communication was slow and unclear, and it took weeks of follow-up to obtain my refund. In the end, I had to accept a 15% deduction despite following all the return instructions. Overall, a very disappointing shopping experience, and I would not purchase from this website again.
Fabric Descriptions are False
When i disputed that the dress fabric I recieved was 100% polyester and their advertising describes chiffon. I was told that the dress i was sent out was made from what was available on the day of my purchase. They can not guarantee the same fabric as they promise. WOW
How does this even make sense or logic.
Its a scam website and if you are not happy with what you receive, you will be involved with a team that is excruciating to deal with. The return process is made to exhaust you that you give up OR accept their store credits they offer.

They’re a scam. Claiming they’re a Sydney Australia brand but after ordering found it it was being shipped from China. I wanted a return as the dress was the wrong fit (their whole sizing chart is wrong and inaccurate) but they just went back and fourth on an alternative way of returning by keeping the dress and having a “partial refund” I said no soo many times and they had a bot that would reply to every email saying the exact same thing on an alternative from 10% partial refund and went up by 10% until they offered 50%. Still did not accept as I wanted a full refund so they gave me the address for the return and now it is “stuck in customs” because I did not pay for the “custom fees” customers don’t pay for custom fees we pay for the shipping which I paid $38 for it !!!! The post office did not mention custom fees and did my research and it’s not a thing. So now it’s been stuck in customs for a month and have been scammed. I filed a complaint to NSW Fair Trade so that this company can give me my full refund and hopefully they shut down because this is a joke. I have about 60 emails back and fourth with them on this issue.
My experience with trying to get a refund
Bought two pant suits as wasn’t sure of my size. Before ordering I’d checked the return process on the website and it states return for full refund, return postage was at the customer’s cost.
I thought this was an Australian company based in Australia.
I came to return, sent photos as requested, got offered the following by email: (pasted from the correspondence received)

Alternatively, if you’re not ready to choose a new item just yet, we can issue you 120% store credit that you can use anytime in the future.
I continued to ask for a full refund.
The reply..
As an alternative, we can offer you a 10% refund of the purchase price, and you can keep the product.
Additionally, we’d be happy to provide you with a 50% store credit toward your next purchase.

This matter and correspondence can only be closed once the refund has been received by me. If the refund is not received then the matter will continue to be open until such time as the refund is received.
I received the refund it with in 24hrs.
I do however wonder if this is against the ACCC guidelines.
Buyer beware. I checked the reviews before ordering in early June first but only saw they were positive, I note a lot of the negative ones are more recent.
Do your research and find the location of these companies, I usually do a deep dive but got caught out with this one. A lot are drop shippers using a location name to mislead the customer.

International scammer Bondi Rose DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
The item I received did not match the photos or description on the website and the quality was well below what was advertised. I requested a return in accordance with their stated 100% money-back guarantee, but instead of providing a straightforward return process, I was instructed to return the item to an address in Shenzhen, China, despite the business presenting itself in a way that suggested it was Australian-based.
After looking into the return address, I found numerous reports from other customers describing very similar experiences. Given the high cost of international tracked postage, the potential customs issues, and the concerns raised about the return address, I was not comfortable sending the item back.
Rather than honouring their advertised refund policy, the company repeatedly attempted to negotiate a partial refund while asking me to keep the item. This gave the impression that they were trying to avoid accepting returns altogether.
My experience has been frustrating due to the misleading advertising, poor product quality, and difficult refund process. I would encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to carefully research independent reviews and understand the return process before placing an order.

Clear state they are based in bondi and this is not true another overseas company claiming to be in Australia, i am down the road in Bondi, all of a sudden international shipping. Lies in emails will be returning dress as it now wont come in time and fkr lying wont get my business, needs reporting to trading standards

The customer service is awful. The return policy is all fake. I was chatting with them for a month they all the time came with different return options and with none of them you could get a refund.
At the end when I accepted with one of the options they just refused to process it.
So now I have 2 useless items that I paid for and can’t wear them.

The product also looked quite different from the photos on the website, so it didn’t match my expectations when it arrived. I believe the website images are misleading compared to the actual item. Please do not buy from this website! This took 3 nearly 4 weeks to get to me considering it mentioned it was from Sydney. They are not based in Sydney, they are based in Hong Kong. Products are cheap and not at all close to what they look like in the photo. My dress had 2 parts and they were both different shades of brown.
Wife bought 2 dresses
Wife bought 2 dresses. Instead of arriving as the 12-14 size she ordered, they came as 10-12. The one star is for customer service as they allowed items to be replaced but postage had to be paid. Judging by the size of the 10-12 wife thought to be safe she would get 18-20,though her size is 14. Replacement items arrived,first dress fitted,although very snuggly,the second was totally different to original order being a dress made out of inferior material, possibly polyester instead of cotton, the cut was different and the buttons,instead of being green,were a total different colour being white with brown stripes. And the kicker,the supposed 18-20 size came in smaller than the original 10-12. Definitely do not recommend this Chinese based company trading under an Australian name.
