They are scammers.
Photos are fake.. they will send some some real cheap looking stuff. .
And Will not refund
They say they are in sydney but will give you a china address to ship back

This company is disgusting to deal with and misleading with so many parts of their business!!!!. Where do i start, the quality and fabrics of the garments as opposed to what you see advertised are not the same thing. What they sell are more like cheap off cuts straight from a factory in China. The product arrives in a little plastic bag with no tags or sizes or care instructions whatsoever on garments , better off shopping in a back street of Bali, and the incorrect size guide they give is completely wrong. For instance i am a standard ladies size 8-10 and their size medium which is supposedly a size 10-12 was at least 2 sizes too small. Then try returning their cheap product, good luck.. Very misleading returns policy !!!

I purchased from this website because they portrayed themselves as being an Australian online store, they offered AfterPay and a 30 day money back guarantee. When the items arrived the quality was not what was shown on the website, they looked like they were purchased from Temu!

When I contacted them to arrange to return them for a refund they have stuffed me around for over a week offering partial refunds and I can keep the items. I have declined these offers and requested the full refund. They have now finally agreed to a full refund but I have to foot the bill to return the items to China!

This is a scam website. Please Dnt use it. They say based in Sydney in their website, when comes to returning items they say to return it to China. Also the quality of product was really cheap. Customer service not very helpful when it comes to returning items. Also they ask you to rate the products before it even reaches you saying you might win the whole purchase amount for free. Dnt get trapped.

Items NOT as pictured! Sizing doesn’t match the website sizing chart and the quality of construction and fabric is very cheap. Styling differs as well. Reached out and at best got 20% refund. At present we have not actually received it. Return address was for Shanghai but items tracked from US, so not an Oz based company whatsoever. All emails were answered by a Bot and never acknowledged anything specific - just pushed us to keep the items for a small discount or buy more at a 50% future discount. *A full refund is impossible*. Buyer beware!

Easy to follow website, colour options amazing and size chart extensive

Purchased a navy jumpsuit based on the advertising images. The item received was materially different from the photos. The advertised garment appeared to have a fine metallic pinstripe detail, whereas the item received had a thick white stripe. The fabric quality was significantly lower than expected from the advertising and the garment arrived without a brand label. I have contacted customer service regarding a return as the policy not on the website. Don't be misled by the lovely photos on the website, products are not as they are advertised.

Like many people, had an absolutely horrendous experience with both the delivery process and the return process. Constantly trying to offer an exchange, store credit or partial refund. I was finally given an address to return the item to for a full refund which looks and sounds completely fake. Let's see if my parcel gets there otherwise I'll be disputing through my bank.

Bought 2 champagne dresses from bondi rose. The dress doesnt fit well on me so I requested for refund of my purchase but the refund process is a horror. I need to fill up addtl form for the refund process. And I need to pay for the shipment cost. They also asking for me to pay for addtl cost for custom which I never experienced with other clothing companies. I always shop my clothings online but this one is just soo inconvenient. Too much hassle. And i am getting harrased if they can give me atore credit or exchanged for something else instead of returning the dress back to them. So much hassle

Bondi rose is a scam website. Products DO NOT match the photos and they do not give refunds unless you pay $60 to ship the item back to china. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE.

I had a great experience with Bondi Rose. The website was easy to use, ordering was straightforward, and the dresses are lovely. The price was very reasonable. Overall, a smooth shopping experience and I would happily purchase from them again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service, amazing product, great prices

SCAM!!!

I purchased three items from Bondi Rose and my experience has been disappointing overall.

The items received did not match the products shown on the website in terms of design and appearance. In my view, the clothing you receive is cheaply made replicas of what is advertised, and I would not have placed an order had I known this.

I also believed I was purchasing from an Australian-based business due to the branding (“Bondi Rose Sydney”) and the location shown on their Facebook page. After purchasing, I discovered the items were shipped from overseas and that returns would need to be sent to China at my own expense, including international shipping costs and customs fees. This was not clearly explained at the time of purchase.

When I raised my concerns, I was offered a partial refund of 10%to keep the items, rather than a full refund or a reasonable return solution. I did not find this acceptable given the products were not as described.

I have now escalated the matter through Queensland Fair Trading.

Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers stay well away from this overseas seller.

So many options/styles to choose from and the different colours in each style is awesome. I wanted to buy one of everything. The quality looks great and I can’t wait to get my order and hope everything fits perfectly 🤞 Since ordering the communication has also been great.

My first time buying with Bondi Rose online. Ordering was simple.cant wait for my delivery!
