Black Tigh Self Build
From the moment we engaged with Bonk & Co we knew we were in good hands and had made the best decision about installing a new stove. Friendly, knowledgable and willing to help. We were a new self build and the team came out to offer us great advice from the start even before the roof was on. Their help continued throughout the entire process from the back office to the fitters all were lovely and the workmanship and attention to detail was amazing. We would highly recommend Bonk & Co to anyone wanting a top quality product and service.

First class in every aspect
First class in every aspect. So happy with the quality of the fire we bought and with the service received. The installation team worked quickly, were very clean and neat in their work and were really helpful - nothing was a problem and they constantly asked for our preferences. We are delighted every time we light the fire - it has changed our home and was worth every penny!

Very poor customer service
I visited the store in mid November and spoke with Sam to enquire about new side and back panels for my Riva Avanti 67 gas fire. I left my contact details.
I eventually got an email back from Sam on 18 December asking for the serial number of my fire, which I replied to immediately.
The next communication was when I emailed Sam on 25 January to ask as to what's happened with my enquiry and to mildly complain about the service.
I got an apologetic email reply on 27 January, and was informed that the parts were now obselete and that "You could possibly try contacting Haworth Heating"!
Not at all impressed.....

Faulty lamp
Having returned a lamp bought pre Christmas due to it having a fault the product was exchanged with no issue and an apology for any inconvenience caused along with a small gift.
