Ho effettuato un ordine il 28 novembre, i soldi subito scalati dal conto e l’orologio mai pervenuto. Assurdo accadano ancora queste cose nel 2020.

Denunciate tutti alla polizia postale e scrivete anche a "Le Iene".
Se pervengono più richieste faranno qualcosa se no andrà tutto nel dimenticatoio.

Commande passée il y a presque 1 mois, et depuis, pas de nouvelles, plus de site, plus de page instagram, mais mon compte bancaire est bel et bien débité.
J'ai fait une requête auprès du centre européen des consommateurs mais pour le moment rien.
Ce genre d'arnaque me sidère sachant qu'un proche avait bien reçu sa montre un an plus tôt, mais moi je me suis fait avoir comme pas possible.
Mon numéro de commande est le #10661.
J'ai bien entendu essayé de les contacter mais mes mails restent sans réponse, et aux dernières nouvelles, leur adresse n'est même plus valide.
Je ne sais plus quoi faire..

Fake and a scam. Email doesn’t work. Phone doesn’t work. They gladly take your payment but have no watches to send. The company behind Bonvier AV is Swedish and located in Stockholm.

Ma copine a commandé une montre le 27 novembre.
Elle a été prélevé et depuis plus de nouvelles ...
Le numéro de la commande est #10688
Leur adresse mail n'est même plus valide.
Lorsque nous appelons nous tombons sur une messagerie disant que Bonvier n'est pas disponible pour le moment.
On a essayé de les contacter sur Instagram mais je viens de me faire bloquer ...
J'ai également contacté Bjorn Bonnevier sur LinkedIn (Le fondateur de Bonvier), je n'ai pas eu de réponse et ma demande de contact a été rejetée.

Il y a 3-4 ans cette marque était fiable (j'ai déjà 2 montres Bonvier) mais depuis le rachat du site ( ce sont eux qui le disent), cette marque est une arnaque totale.
Ne vous faites pas avoir svp
Je fais une déclaration au centre européen des consommateurs pour les informer.
Si on le fait tous, on peut espérer un remboursement et aussi que la marque reçoive des sanctions.

Impossible to reach out to customer service. The email adress they state is not working and not possible to contact them via phone or social media. Ordered a watch (order 10754) and has not been shipped yet. Please reach out to me and let me know when I can expect my watch to be delivered.

Ordered over two weeks ago and watch has still not been shipped and their customer service is not replying. Was supposed to be a Christmas present. They happily took my money on the order date though.

Dopo aver inviato una miriade di eamil, messaggi su instagram che hanno visualizzato, dopo aver commentato le loro foto e dopo essere stato bloccato. Non ho più notizie, personalmente mi sembra un sito scam anche perchè loro hanno interagito con le mie azioni ma senza darmi mai una risposta. Quindi l'unica cosa è segnalare il caso alle autorità competenti.

I am writing to request an urgent update on a product purchased on Nov 30th (more then one week ago).
I have received an automatic response from your servers saying that due to high demands the response can be longer, but even if the order has been processed and the money detracted from my bank account, I still have not received shipping confirmation.

Ten days are a long time to process shipping, what are the setbacks. If i don't receive information ASAP, I will pursue through a legal action with the police to shut down your criminal operation. Please update the status of my Order #10742.

I ordered a watch a month ago and never received any information on its whereabouts or why it has not arrived. I have emailed Bonvier multiple times and no response. I would like to know if I will ever get my order. #10570

Leider kann man keinen Kontakt zum Unternehmen aufnehmen, weder per E-Mail noch über der angegebenen Nummer. Ich warte schon eine Weile auf meine Uhr, diese ist immer noch nicht angekommen. Ich hoffe dieses Unternehmen liest die Bewertung, ansonsten werde ich Rechtliche Schritte eingehen, da das Geld schon längst überwiesen worden ist!

I am disgusted that I am still receiving emails from Bonvier advertising their company. I ordered a watch several months ago, and received nothing. Contacted several times through every form of social media and email. Heard nothing back. STOP ADVERTISING WATCHES THAT YOU DON'T SEND TO BUYERS. SCAM.

STAY AWAY. I am SO DISAPPOINTED I didn’t read the reviews before buying. I purchased 5 watches and multiple straps, it’s been 13 months.

Over the 13 months, Ive sent multiple emails and Instagram messages.. surprise surprise.. no response.

Stay away, it’s a scam

It’s a fake company. They have a nice website but no watches. Always finding excuses not to have delivered anything to you.
You can demand your money back through your Visa card by the way, they already know of the company being a scam!;)

Estafadores, hace casi un año compre un reloj y nunca llegó, y encima tienen las narices de enviarme un correo por el Black Friday para seguir vendiendo, mucha impotencia, no se de q manera se podría parar para q no sigan estafando.

Bonvier doesn't respond for my emails, on their page I just see unfullfilment status.

Une belle arnaque, j'ai commandé une montre à 89€ et je ne l'ai jamais reçu après 6 mois.

Et pourtant il font bel et bien des pubs. Etant dans un autre pays je ne peux porter plainte et les poursuives facilement.

A oublier ! Pub instagram etc.. s'en méfier !

Ordered a watch in march 2020 and still, nothing received. They do not respond to your emails and my Facebook message was deleted. Total scam.

Yo compré unos relojes hace 7 meses y nunca me llegó, he intentado contactar con ellos y nunca he obtenido una respuesta. He perdido cientos de euros que no creo que nunca vaya a recuperar...

Ordinato un orologio il 26 ottobre 2020 e nonostante i tempi di spedizione fossero da 2 a 5 giorni non è ancora arrivato nulla. Dopo averli provati a contattare via mail, su Instagram, dal numero di telefono, mai ricevuto una risposta. È solamente una truffa, ed è incredibile che di questi tempi esistano persone così vergognose. Chissà perché non accettano il pagamento PayPal, forse perché poi non è più possibile ritirare i soldi dopo essersi resi conto che è solamente una presa in giro
