Ordered something from their website, which I decided to use Klarna and pay in instalments. I subsequently ended up returning the item as it was a lot shorter than it looked on the website and was charged £6.98 to do so. Avoid this company at all costs.
Disgraceful service
I made an order for £151, royal mail stated that they would be sending the parcel back. Till this day I don't know why the parcel was never delivered but sent back. I contacted Boohoo to ask why is this the case, they responded saying they can't provide me with a reason but will refund me back £111.30. So where has the test of my money gone. They also said I won't be refunded until the 26th of December. Daylight Robbery. Disgraceful company, customer service is no existent. Just a complete shambles

Hello, I returned every item in order and this ongoing issue has been going on since April 24 this year. It has been so stressful. I had to pay the balance on karma of £30.45 as late fees was going to be applied. Klarna advised to pay this and contact boohoo for the refund. I provided evidence of my return and booohoo has incorrectly refunded me as I returned every item. Only thing I need to pay for is the delivery fee of £3.99. Please please help. I have been contacting booho customer service for months I get ignored and no response!!

Will not be buying off Boohoo again. Returned order and tracking shows it hasn't moved since I gave it to Aus Post. Have to wait 21 days for refund and so I'm currently paying for items I didn't keep. The items were unflattering and different to pictures and one dress was see-through!!! On the site they've edited to make it look normal. Don't bother buying from here, customer service keeps saying the same 'wait' speech even though parcel is clearly lost
Update: it's finally been processed and they haven't refunded the full order which was returned. They even charge $15 returns!!! So now I'm having to chase the missing refund and I've paid for items that are nothing like they show on website. First and last boohoo order.

The items I received were fine the issue came when 2 items were missing from my order. They have no actual customer service team. I've been emailing a bot about my order for two weeks and today they asked for proof of sealed packaging lol. Be cautious record yourself opening the package so they can't do this to you

Terrible company. Received faulty item where the zip doesn't work and sequins missing. I have had to jump through hoops to get them to provide me with a voucher for return. I have provided photos, videos etc on multiple platforms and their typical reply is we can't see the video despite me converting it. Have used this company on 3 occasions, each time there has been an issue.
The first couple were delivery of the wrong size to what had been ordered, replacement sent to my old address after my original was sent to correct address 🤯 I know work that out !!!
Last order was for two pairs of the same trousers in two sizes. Arrived on time to be fair but did not like them so tried to return on line......after too many attempts to create a return as it was stating my order number was not recognised I made contact with them to be told immediately that they had just tried and it was showing up and possible to return !!!
So either I'm completely stupid and inputted the incorrect order number 25,000 times 🤩 or they block your ability to return unless you raise the issue ???
This could actually be a major problem that is going under the radar as lots of people just give up ???
Finally was able to return items, revived email to say they had refunded me so all good, until I checked the amount only refunding one pair of trousers.
Queried this finally got a response clearly not understanding the issue saying the second pair of trousers was now out of return window so cannot investigate any further, you literally could not right this stuff !!! Replied all in CAPITALS to hopefully make it clear that there were two pairs returned at the same time so please explain how one pair is ok to be refunded but the other pair too late ???!!!!! I received an almost immediate response correcting their mistake....I think it's fair to say I will never use this company again they are a joke
