Would do no stars if could. Made an order, wasn't delivered, Evri said can't find it, I asked boohoo to resend, asked questions that I answered, nothing redelivered, contacted em again and was sent a list of questions with veiled threats if I'm lying I will be prosecuted, all very subtle but got their intention so instead of just resending my 15 pound order they are implying I've either got it and trying to defraud them or I'm after money back and lying, I dint really care about order or money now just pissed I'm not being believed, I've asked them to prove it was delivered. Amazon are very good at this they send a pik with delivery. I won't be buying anything else and neither will anyone I know or they know.

Returns policies are absolutely shocking for refunds. Some clothing is actually very nice. If it’s made ok. Often takes a few attempts at your own expense. But to wait almost a month in some customers cases for a refund when it’s tracked 48 returns is actually fraudulent in my eyes. It’s probably best to charge it back through paypal. Scanning back is one poor show but to then wait 7 days on top of this for refunds takes the biscuit. Busier periods. We appreciate that but Plse stop the constant delays and possible over all theft of long standing customers.

"Returned" aka Lost in Transit
Made an order. Couple days late, got an email saying it has been returned, even though I never filed a return. Got on customer service chat (20 min wait at 11.30pm), and was told the package has been lost in transit, and I'll receive a refund via PayPal. I've got my order confirmation emails showing that my address was correct, so this was their issue. I feel like they could at least offer me a voucher to make up for this outcome, esp coz the items I ordered were the last ones of that type in stock. Quite disappointed.

Absolutely raging!! Ordered from boohoo I am a prime customer so received it next day no problem. The dress I ordered was in a ripped open clear bag with no tag on it and covered in pet hair and what looks like bits off dirt off a plant or something. Boohoo want 7 days to investigate what happened and aren’t willing to do anything about it till the 7 days is up!! Absolutely awful customer service considering I’ve clearly been sent a used returned item!!

I purchased dress from Boohoo it was a leatherette type dress had a terrible smell i couldn't stand it. Refund process was simple BUT you have to use
there postage which was $15.00 to return the item !!!! I have my own account with Aus post trackable 100% But NOOO your forced to use there system it is terrible. I know this was not going to cost me that much to return this item. I payed with PayPal so i assumed going through the return process i would be able to pay with PayPal but NOO i asks for your credit card details. For this reason i will not be purchasing anymore items from BOOHOO!!!!!

Boohoo sent 3 dresses out, all unsuitable, I returned each item, tracked with the post office, I chose klana to pay, big big mistake!!!! Boohoo don't inform klana quick enough regarding returns and consequently klana bombard you with emails saying I need to pay!!
I have proof of 3 bank transfers, overcharge each time. The returns policy says the customer willbe charged £1.99 per item returned, I've been charged, £3.99 twice and £5.98, klana is saying I still owe money and you can't contact them !! Never ever again will I use this company or klana

Hole in leggings
Ordered 3 pack of leggings. When they arrived I wore 1 pair and then the next day went to wear another pair and there was a hole in the back on the leg. I emailed boohoo and they offered me £2.88 back even though I had payed £18 odd. Emailed back to say what a joke and I wish I had just returned the whole 3 pairs worn or not. A customer service advisor called Carl emailed me back and as the product was now out of stock he said not to worry sending them back and he has refunded me the full amount. Cheers Carl for your excellent customer service. Probably still won't order off Boohoo again though.
Don’t bother paying premier
Terrible customer service as a premier customer it is not next day delivery what you pay for and just to be told to wait a little longer for delivery absolute joke

What has happened to Boohoo? It used to be a good fairly priced site with nice quality clothes. I have returned my last 3 orders as they were terrible! I ordered maternity leggings. They are so see through I have darker tights! This is meant to be for a pregnant woman. Who wants to wear see through clothes… especially when you are heavily pregnant! I ordered a mac which was obviously a false picture on the site as when it came it was a cheap flimsy piece of polyester. I ordered a maternity dress and shoes for a wedding. The sizing was so bizarre with the dress and the shoes didn’t even fit round my ankles! I actually have thin feet and relatively slim ankles so I was shocked. I will not be ordering anything else as what was once a great site has now resorted to selling cheap sH**e that is not wearable. Most sites have a star rating also so you can read reviews. I can see why Boohoo don’t as nothing would sell. Also it takes about 4 weeks to get your refund which is absolutely shocking.

Atrocious customer service
Atrocious customer service. They make it very difficult for people. They don’t inform customers that Boohoo and BoohooMan are different brands even though they are selling exactly the same products on both website. I bought Premium Unlimited next day delivery only to find out that I can only use it with either Boohoo or BoohooMan even if I use it under the same account. I have placed an order on Boohoo not knowing that the premium service I purchased was only valid for BoohooMan. and I was charged £5.99 for delivery. I called customer service to cancel the order straight away just to be told that it won’t be possible. Now I have to pay £5.99 for delivery even though I have purchased a £9.99 premium service. They are a joke.
