Update: The situation was very frustrating for me at that time, as the reservation did not exist, which caused me a lot of stress and a significant loss. I personally verified the information and sent the corresponding proof.

This is extremely poor and irresponsible service. Because of you, a person can miss their flight and face a very stressful situation. I would definitely never recommend this service.

The ticket was meant to come within 60 minutes max. It took 100minutes. It has no PNR which their site specifically stated you get. The reservation code doesnt work when I check on tje airline website. Useless, scam.
