I was really hesitating about whether this would work or not, but I just arrived and the border officer asked for my ticket. She verified it in the system, and I passed through with zero problems!

I didn't receive the download link, so just before take-off I had to buy a new ticket, so I could get in to the country.
Adressing this, the customer service agent found the link, send it to me and also arranged a refund for the extra ticket I had to buy.

I travel a lot and one thing that always comes up is proof of onward travel. The problem is, most of the time I don’t even know when or where I’m going next, so buying a real ticket just for that doesn’t make much sense.

That’s where Onward Ticket has been really useful for me.

I’ve used onwardticket.com more than 10 times already, and it’s been smooth every single time. The ticket is generated quickly, and I’ve never had any issues at the check-in counter, airlines have accepted it without problems.

What I like most is the flexibility. Instead of locking myself into an expensive flight I might not even take, I can just get a temporary ticket and keep my plans open. For someone who travels often and doesn’t always follow a fixed schedule, that’s a huge advantage.

The process is simple, fast, and does exactly what it promises. For me, it’s definitely a service that’s worth it and I’ll keep using it whenever I need it.

Booked a return ticket for my visa in Sri Lanka (back to Chennai, India - which is a 1h 15 min flight) - received a plane ticket from Colombo via Dubai to Chennai …
I did not feel comfortable with such a suspicious booking - like no one would actually fly like this!

Contacted customer support - which was quick - however they told me „no alternatives can be found „ (I was literally asking for a direct flight from Sri Lanka to any Indian airport within a 3 week timeframe…)
Later they said they generally don’t provide direct flights.

So I got a quick refund which was good and appreciated.

The service they offer is great however I had a little complication. All that said, it was resolved quickly. Customer service is fast and helpful.

I decided to fly to Stockholm. Went searching for een flight and chose KLM. Their website is very userfriendly, this turned out to be very helpfull voor the computerdummy I am. I was able to fill in all the questions and pay for the flight, without any moment of insecurity. Thank you KLM!!

This service was awesome! As soon as I realized I needed to extend my e-ticket to use later for the onward ticket to the next country, I was offered a refund for the prior purchase, once I re-ordered the correct purchase. And it happened lightening fast! With no questions asked! I highly recommend others to use this service for us digital nomads traveling abroad to multiple locations.

In a flurry at the airport I managed to purchase the ticket I wanted twice. 3 weeks after I emailed onward ticket.com through their website They saw instantly I had mad a mistake and refunded me an instantly. Looks to me like they have a a good reputation and want to keep it. That’s a five star company for me. Thank you 👍
