OMO5 in Otsuka was probably one of our favourite accomodation stays in Japan. We loved the location, the staff were super friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. All the amenities from the laundry... もっと見る

Really brilliant
Really brilliant.
I did however mistake Guest reservations for your site, booked a stay, then saw that £150 was added!!! Their site looks like yours doesnt it? What a shock. I cancelled it and did get a refund. I then tried through booking.com but I didn't find it easy to book this for someone else so I came to your site and this was easier.
