Terrible experience: Mismatched booking numbers and unauthorized charges

Review:
I am extremely disappointed with BookStayGo. They charged me $1,227.94 USD, which is completely different from the agreed terms. To make matters worse, the booking reference numbers provided in their system do not match my confirmation records. When I reached out to customer support to resolve this and request a refund, they simply dismissed the issue with automated responses, refusing to take responsibility for their system errors.

Because of this lack of transparency and refusal to cooperate, I have already filed a formal fraud and chargeback claim with my issuing bank, providing full video and document evidence. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking through this agency.

Helpful.

Polite, very helpful staff helping me even though it was my fault through ignorance of regular local customs.
Room was clean. By chance, allowed to check in early. Thank you.

One nights stay

Hotel room with King size bed was spacious & spotlessly clean. Everything we needed except would have like a kettle to make a cup of tea! What was available was not easy to use. Great to be able to walk over the bridge to Capstan & catch the Sky Bus into Vancouver.
