BookStayGo レビュー

Great hotel, lovely modern room and very friendly staff. Very close to city centre and parking on site.

After a week of Travelodges this place was like water in the desert. Super funny and charming manager and brilliant rooms with access to a wee garden area and right by the sea front. Best place ever.

Reception Staff were all exceptionally helpful, including Rachel.
Waiting staff were professional, efficient and charming, especially Katie.
My room was comfortable and spotless.
The only aspect that could be improved was the “Air Conditioning” which did not work - fortunately I was able to open the window.

Hotel confort et silencieux.
Personnel sympatique

Kurz und schmerzlos. Alles ohne Proleme

Tolles Resort , die fussläufige Nähe zum Sphere und zum Strip ist ideal, sehr zu empfehlen.

It is a wonderful resort where the staff are very friendly and the villas are beautiful!

No customer service
The website is unworkable and booked the wrong day. I tried to cancel it through BookStaygo and the hotel. The hotel responded that i had to go through BookStaygo but after three emails, Bookstaygo have just ignored me.

Such a fabulous quaint cottage. Absolutely every little thing was perfect. We loved the garden, the complete kitchen , the bathrooms and the overall preparedness. There are even a sewing kit and an emergency kit in the kitchen. Every little detail had been thought of, so, a woman must be behind such perfection!

Charged 24.5% more than the advertised price — no booking confirmation and no proper response

My name is Klavdiia Sekelhidi. On October 7, 2026, I booked a room through BookStayGo.

The price clearly displayed at the time of booking was UAH 9,871. However, immediately after completing the booking, UAH 12,287.84 was charged to my bank card.

This is UAH 2,416.84 more than the advertised price — an increase of approximately 24.5%.

I have bank confirmation showing that UAH 12,287.84 was successfully charged by TB*BOOKSTAYGO, as well as a screenshot showing the advertised price of UAH 9,871.

Despite taking the payment, BookStayGo did not send me a proper booking confirmation or reservation number by email. I contacted customer support requesting immediate cancellation and a full refund, but the issue has not been resolved.

Their support then asked me to provide a booking confirmation number — a number I cannot provide because BookStayGo never sent me the confirmation in the first place.

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of this booking and a full refund of UAH 12,287.84.

I have retained screenshots of the advertised price, proof of the card charge and my correspondence with customer support. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a formal dispute/chargeback through my bank.
