OMO5 in Otsuka was probably one of our favourite accomodation stays in Japan. We loved the location, the staff were super friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. All the amenities from the laundry... もっず芋る

I'm hardly ever able to get away and I've never booked online before. So it's a complete joy to find that something you were offered £117 for cost you £159 at the checkout, with no warning at all.... もっず芋る

Helpful.

Polite, very helpful staff helping me even though it was my fault through ignorance of regular local customs.
Room was clean. By chance, allowed to check in early. Thank you.

One nights stay

Hotel room with King size bed was spacious & spotlessly clean. Everything we needed except would have like a kettle to make a cup of tea! What was available was not easy to use. Great to be able to walk over the bridge to Capstan & catch the Sky Bus into Vancouver.

DO NOT BOOK on this website

DO NOT BOOK on this website. I have been booked the incorrect room even though the pictures show otherwise. A $1500 6 day room ended up costing $2150 with no communication. This is a scam website.
Communication says 24 hrs. 2 weeks later I get a AI generated response.
Unhelpful and I will be reporting to ACCC ... Unfortunately this is an over seas website.
Do not book unless you want a frustrating and stressful experience
