This is my first time remortgaging, a friend recommended Lucinda and I’m so glad she did. Lucinda is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, efficient, in addition to being friendly, approachable and very responsive to email. Lucinda has made the whole process a positive well organised experience. Everything has been explained clearly and the online portal has been very user friendly. Josh has been helping us for over a year now, our sellers kept pulling out and it hasn't been easy but Josh has been very responsive, quick, patient and supportive.

One day the top of chain pulled out right before we were all ready to exchange, we were very sad and deflated, over the phone Josh tried to cheer us up. He is so kind and sweet.
