I found Boon Brokers extremely competent, assessable and transparent. My broker Jay was very patient in explaining what needs to be done, as we had two phases and products. Could not fault them

Lucinda has been fantastic! She’s incredibly helpful, always quick to respond, and explained the whole process clearly. She also kept us updated when the mortgage rates dropped and managed to secure us a better rate three different times before the exchange. Couldn’t have asked for better support.

Even though he was not well along the way, he did all he could to follow up on my mortgage offer after returning to work. Santander unreasonably delayed the mortgage offer for over a month after the expiry of the current mortgage
