Da evitare accuratamente. L officina di Piacenza situata in strada Bobbiese che è anche gommista, non sono stati in grado di fare un lavoro e si sono fatti pagare ugualmente. Ho lasciato perdere, ma penso che li andrò a trovare con qualche amico

Booked car in for 8am as I needed it for the afternoon. Hadn’t even started the work on the car by 1.30pm. Absolute shambles of a place. And pointless booking a time slot as they do what they please. Would not recommend and definitely will not be using these again.

227 euro for scanning the errors on car. What a shame company. I will never ever do it. Feel comfortable that you take the money, but will not earn more. With that reviews and unhappy customers you don't have good promising feature. Bosch is just a name, inside is circus.

Hoeveel mensen moeten nog slachtoffer worden van dit soort bedrijven dat zo'n grote naam als bosch car service niet ingrijpt dat snap ik niet

Officine buone solo per piccole cose, quando il lavoro diventa importante ti sbolognano. Il tempo è denaro comunque anche se non risolvi devi pagare lo stesso.

Voor het eerst bij dit bedrijf gekomen. Niet klant vriendelijk!!! Meneer achter de balie had kennelijk geen zin in mij als klant. Deed ook niet zijn best om het op te lossen. Was geïrriteerd. Zou een leenauto voor mij klaar staan , die had hij ineens niet deze was gisteren kapot gegaan. Dan kan gebeuren. Dan neem je toch de moeite om de klant af te bellen. maar nee hij had het te druk..dat kan... ik had om 10 uur een afspraak, dan zou je toch denken dan bel je de klant in de ochtend.
Hij deed geen moeite, ik had 3 weken geleden deze afspraak al gemaakt.
Volgende week dan, zei die.
Nou ik voelde me echt in de zeik genomen. En niet gehoord. Wat slecht. Deze man is echt niet goed bezig. Toedeloe , zal zeker mensen afraden te gaan. Gelukkig ben ik niet de enigste, heb ik gelezen op het internet.

Z czystym sumieniem nie polecam. Jedna gwiazdka to i tak za dużo powinno być na minusie. Krutko i na temat. W serwisie zostawiłem prawie 8 tys złoty wymagając usługi na wysokim poziomie!!!!! Miała być zrobiona diagnostyka komputerowa, nie dostałem żadnego dokumentu tylko cytując slowa .... " Tak były jakie błędy i je usunęliśmy ...." Jakie błędy co było z samochodem.... Nikt nic nie wie. Po 2 tygodniach od odbioru zauważyłem że są plany oleju. Okazało się na całe szczęście, że to tylko nieuwaga fachowców i pozostawili rozlany olej na skrzyni który po jakimś czasie zaczął kąpać. Ale druga strona medalu to uszkodzony zderzak na dole ponieważ auto jest niskie a mam 100% pewności że tego nie było. Oczywiście warsztat umywa ręce i sprawa nie jest warta świeczki żeby walczyć o to. Następna sprawa. Wymiana filtra powietrza, na zleceniu było wyraźnie zaznaczone komplet filtrów oprócz filtra powietrza. Co zrobili wymienili i musiałem za to zapłacić. Następny problem, wymiana opon i wyważenie. Nie wiem czy to jakiś uczeń robił ale po powrocie do Niemiec musiałem znowu koła wyważyć, nie usunęli starego kleju po odwaznikach. Stwierdzili że to nie ma wpływu na wyważenie kół i było to dobrze zrobione, odważniki mogły odpaść po przez uszkodzone drogi.... Hmmm po 15 kilometrach. Ogólne podejście do klienta porażka. Ugoda z ich strony .... Wymiana oleju za 1 zł śmiech na sali. Jeśli oddajecie auto to sprawdzajcie całe czy nie ma jakiś uszkodzeń. Ja osobiście już nie skorzystam z usług tej firmy oraz moi znajomi. Ktoś powinien się zainteresować jakościami usług warsztatów Bosch car service .

I went there to fixed my MB handbrake bcoz it didn't work car inspection.
They changed new part's and told me to come back if it doesn't work they will change more part's. Handbrakes were jammed after using them and didn't released anymore. I paid 277€ part's and work.
I've noticed that foreigners are those who are paying extra. The quality of the work depends on who is the foreman.
They prefer to replace everything even if it wasn't necessary. If a part is a little stuck and CRC would release it but they rather replaced with new one.
They don't ask what oil you want your car or never show old part's what they have replaced (in Finland they give, show old part's or ask you to come over and to look).
I've been working with the car's over 30 years. First it was work and then hobby so I'm familiar with everything between two bumbers.
I've been customer there few years but not anymore because there must be line somewhere when you see that they are just milking money. Customer expect to get her/his car back fixed or maintenance the way it's safe to drive. Returning car which supposed to be driving condition not by saying "if it doesn't work come back we put more new part's" very poor maintenance and customer service.

I'M 74yo Finn so they see easy target for cheating and lying.. After 8 years living here I've got enough of life here, because we're not welcome but our money is. That's why I'll return my Homeland.

Avoid this garage for tyre fitting. Their technician severely gouged the edge of my Audi e-tron diamond-cut alloy wheel. On-site, the fitter explicitly acknowledged the damage and attempted to wipe away their yellow residue. I was promised a call back after management reviewed the CCTV.

Instead, they ghosted me for nearly two weeks. When I finally forced a response via email, they claimed the damage was pre-existing but refused to email me a screenshot or clip of the footage, incredibly claiming that "management does not know how to export video from the system." Yet, they expect me to drive down to their premises to look at a screen.

I have clear photographic proof of their fresh yellow residue embedded directly inside the metal gouge. Absolutely unprofessional, deceitful tactics to avoid paying for a diamond-cut refurbishment. Formal dispute raised via etyres and escalating to the Motor Ombudsman.

Wc eend beoordeeld Wc eend. Zeer duidelijk. Een aangeslote dealer Munsterhuis, blijkt volgens hun ineens niet aangesloten te zijn. En de tweede dealer die hun probleem moest oplossen en duidelijk de opdracht hadden gekregen vanaf de eerste dag alle 14 pinnen werkend te krijgen (op caravandetectie na) beweren wat anders. Boschcar service vraagt niet om bewijs dat het verhaal anders is, maar houd hun dealer de handen boven het hoofd wat nog eens aan afzetterij heeft gedaan, door 250 euro te vragen voor het enkel vervangen van contactdoos trekhaak, waar bedrading al lag.

Diabolical service, paid over £800 for my car to be fixed, the part was fitted yet the problem wasn’t solved and the company still want me to pay the full amount plus charges over £20 per day for keeping the car in the garage whilst trying to resolve the issue, I have never heard anything like this before, was warned about the diabolical service of Bosch and wished I’d listened!

I can sympathize with the people in this forum. I have personally worked with the CEO of Bosch Car Service and that person is the most arrogant, self centered human being one will ever come across. No wonder the same qualities have spread to the entire org.

Un dépannage rapide sur autoroute, facturation bien sûr... efficace, mais quand il s´agit de récupérer son véhicule, c´est un enfer, voire une arnaque avec des frais supplémentaires, alors méfiez-vous avec cette société qui ne fait qu´encaisser.

Pessimo. Ho prenotato sul sito sede di Garbagnate. Arrivo e non c’è nessuno che mi faccia la revisione. Non commento. Almeno avvisare…
