I removed and posted my amp on Monday and on Thursday I received it back fully repaired and working better than ever! Brilliant service!!

I normally don't write reviews but I wanted too in this case because I was so impressed with the service I received.
Unlike other repair shops that advertise very cheap 'repair' fees, the guys at Bose Repair are upfront, honest and by far cheaper than the final cost of any others.
The repair was super fast, and I was kept informed throughout the process about what was happening and when I could expect my amp back. Even when DPD messed me around it was easier to chat to them who gave me a straight answer rather than DPD who were useless.
The after sales service was amazing, and the guys were super communicative to check the amp was working correctly and I hadn't had any issues installing it.
Again I couldn't recommend them more, don't bother with other 'repair' services that seem too good to be true (they are).

This is the way business should be done, clear communication, quick turn around and a follow up email to check everything OK.

Professional approach and carried out work to a high standard. Offered great value for money with warranty guaranteed . Very responsive anytime you make a call to clarify any relevant details.

More fast, effective and reliable is impossible. It’s a real true expert with Bose amplifiers. Trust them with no doubt.

From a search online, Autotronics came up as the number one option to send my amplifier for repair. After Autotronics having the Amplifier for two months and me having no stereo, they came back to me and said the corrosion was too bad for them to fix.

Porsche told me it was going to cost minimum of 2000 pounds for a new Amplifier.

I thought as a last ditch attempt I would hire Bose repair experts. In less than a week it was returned and working! I wish I would have went to them in the first instance.

I spoke with the man who was speaking fixing my amplifier. He was a lovely man. Great customer service. I really can’t say enough great things about him & his company. Thank you!

Outstanding service from Bose Repair Experts.

I had no idea what, if indeed anything, was wrong with the amp. I sent it off on the understanding that there would no charge beyond shipping if there was nothing wrong with it.

Their website instructions are clear and easy to follow and the help over chatbot was great.

They received the unit, tested it, found faults, fixed it and returned it.

The unit was back in my hands within 6 days of it leaving me and is now back in the car fully working.

Pleasant, polite, helpful and effective. High quality service highly recommended.

purchased a new car that had issues with its sound system. After some long discussions with garages, I was eventually directed to Bose repair experts. I have to say the service I received was exceptional. It’s very easy to send your amplifier to the Company and Chris who I spoke to was just so very helpful from start to finish. My amp was not repairable, however Chris went out of his way to source me a replacement which has worked fantastically. I am very grateful to them and the great service.

I’m so glad I came across the Bose Repair Experts. My Bose amplifier had water damage and there wasn’t any sound in the car (Porsche 991.1). With the right socket set and disconnecting the battery, so that no air bags deployed, it was easy to remove the drivers seat and remove the amp. Bose Repair Experts make the repair process so easy and speedy. I was back up and running in less than a week and saved a lot of money by having a repair and not a replacement. Great service - I highly recommend them to get your Bose sorted

Cannot thank the guys at Bose Repair Experts enough! I had been experiencing various issues with the audio in my Mazda for quite a while (machine gun noises, audio skipping, battery drain and setting the alarm off regularly). Once I had discovered it was the amp at fault and found these guys online I placed the repair order, removed the amp and packaged it up to send off. It was repaired on the same day they received it and also returned so I had it back in my car working the following day. I was kept up to date via text messages throughout the process. Thanks again.
