fantastic service very quick I was a bit dubious at first I had my Porsche Cayenne 2012 Bose amp repaired after it got water damaged in the boot. Looking at the amp you wouldn’t even know it was water damaged so I was a bit sceptical that this would even work, however they rectified the problem of having no sound within a day or so I had it back and working as it should do again.

Bose is a reliable and very professional company. We're delighted with the service provided by them. We will definitely work together again. Highly recommend them.

This company repaired my Audi TT amplifier , quick turnaround(less than 4 days). Amazing job been carried out.

Honestly I'm genuinely gobsmacked with the service I got repairing my mazda 6 bose amp.

The amp was fixed, packed and shipped back on the day it was delivered to the centre.

Even better dpd delivered it on a Saturday for an extra piece of luck.

Amp back in and working perfectly well.

Excellent service, brief conversation about the issue we were experiencing with our Audi MMI unit and a simple response "send your unit and I will fix it". Unit posted off, repaired, posted back efficiently.

Premetto che abito in Italia e qua per riparare l’amplificatore del mio cayenne 3.0D del 2012 mi hanno chiesto dai 550€ ai 650€ dopo svariate ricerche ho trovato il loro sito dove ho spedito il pacco in UK tramite UPS pagando veramente una cifra irrisoria 25€ e mi hanno riparato l’ amplificatore per 200 sterline compreso spedizione un totale di euro 250,00€ un terzo di quello che mi hanno chiesto in Italia addirittura ho pagato tramite il loro sito dopo la riparazione.
Tutto questo per dire che come al solito in Italia dobbiamo sempre rubare e invece all’estero si sono comportati veramente in maniera professionale e serie nonostante la distanza.
Sicuramente per qualsiasi cosa in futuro mi rivolgerò sempre a loro.

Bose repair guys are absolutely 1st class. They talked me.through the repair. And when we plugged it back in our system didn't work.. he talked us thro . Step by step process of elimination until we sorted it.. the fault on the unit had blown our speakers . And he talked us through what to do until.we discovered the fault. Then it was a simple fix . Can't recommend his service enough . 1s class people . And that's rare these days !

I was initially skeptical about my amp being repaired after it suffered severe water damage, but The Bose Experts exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they fully restore it, but they also enhanced the sound quality and added a protective layer for extra durability! Very good service, i did try another place before here who turned out to be double the price, so save yourself time and effort and just use these people, kept me up to date with repair and was done within the week , excellent !!!!

What a great company emailed for a price and they advised me on the issue i most likely had with fast communication! I highly recommend the company and the attitude! I will be using them again!

Super quick.

Sent my B & O Amp to be repaired as it had lost some channels and some of the speakers were hissing. Been fixed, returned to me, plugged it in and is now fully working. Great service, no additional cost surprises.

Had my Bose amp looked at and fixed.
Exceptionally fast service and superb communications with Chris..nothing was too much bother!

Following 12 months of dealing with a parasitic battery drain on my Audi A5 I finally narrowed it down to the MMI control module made by Harman & Becker. I sent the unit to Bose experts who found the unit to be irreparable. A replacement unit was rebuilt and programmed to the car. After refitting the unit is working better than ever with no battery drain. Fantastic service and follow up support. Would highly recommend if you have similar problems with modules on your car.

Sent my Audi TT amplifier off about a week ago. Already got the amp back - repaired, protected and also updated. Music to my ears 🤷🏻‍♂️ Absolutely mint once they had finished fixing it only took 2 days to come, sent through DPD. Top service. Very happy customer.

My B&O amp on a 2008 Audi S5 stopped working and an electrical car specialist diagnosed water damage.

Sent to Bose Repair Experts, fixed and returned in a week with the addition of a plastic cover to protect against further water damage.
