Quality product. Prompt delivery.

I ordered my bottles on 8-5-26 and still haven’t heard anything about when to expect my delivery. Your website said orders would be processed in 1-2 business days. It’s now been 7 business days with no info or idea of when to expect.

Everything arrived well packaged and nothing is broken.

Did a basic search for some glass bottles. I picked the bottle store. Wanted to buy direct vs going through Amazon, and it was a great choice. My fear was the shipping end. My ordered arrived in perfect condition. Excellent quality on the bottles and lids. Would definitely order from here again. Fast shipping and great products.

Experience was great - super fast shipping. A few bottles were broken on the first shipment and customer service was phenomenal to get a second shipment out quickly. Highly recommend and will order again in the future!

We have had consistently good service from BottleStore.com. The shipment is processed quickly, packaged soundly, and delivered faster than expected. The pricing is very good.

Delivery showed up 5 days late and despite contacting them twice about it, no one seemed very interested in helping me get more information or updates from their transportation company. We needed these bottles for a specific event which was completely missed. Even in the ordering process was extremely slow. I ordered 4/30, no update on when it would be getting shipped out. I emailed 5/4 to check in on eta as we needed the bottles by 5/12, and I was then given a tracking to their freight carrier. it sat in "picked up" for several days. Customer service was absolutely not helpful at all.

I received what I ordered in a timely fashion and everything was packed well, so nothing was broken or damaged.

The bottles have a lot of dents and visible flaws the quality is poor I will rather pay more for the previous brand I was using than to purchase these again…good pricing but bad quality
