A company with significant deficiencies in everything, especially dispatch, requires you to place the order months in advance of needing it; it is not recommended.

It was very easy to place the order
It was very easy to place the order, but it took a while for the order to process, and shipping dates kept changing. A few boxes weren't in good shape, but all the bottles were intact.

Have not received order (edited)
Ordered bottles Jan. 20th with an estimated delivery date of Jan. 23rd (both on website and on confirmation email). Contacted company on Jan. 27th, company now says the product is made 'on demand' and has a '1 to 2 week lead time'. Contacted company again today (Feb. 3rd), company says they will 'reach out to their vendor' and get back to me. I am very unhappy with transaction (at least so far).
Edited to add: I just received the bottles (Feb. 4th). No tracking number was ever sent, they just showed up. Now I'd rate the overall experience 4-star. Bottles are good, were well-packaged, and a good price. Still just a bit annoyed that the lead time was not made clear at purchase.

Overall Really Impressed
This is my first time shopping here. I was impressed with website and the packaging the items came in. I'm really happy with the quality and size of these jars, though I was sad that there's not as many lid options available on this SKU.
I never received a shipping confirmation after placing my order. It's not a big deal, though I thought it was odd that it was stated in my receipt but never happened.

Hopefully I didn't pay for the cork…
Hopefully I didn't pay for the cork that showed up with bottles.....two days before tracking said. I wasn't here, thankfully my wife was. I do not need cork and would never order this type to begin with. The bottles are satisfactory.
The shipper is working to get the lift gate charges refunded. We have a lift and used it to get pallet off truck.
