Great selection. The two containers I ordered were just what I was looking for. Order arrived quickly. I'm lazy, it didn't need to come that fast. I liked the paper packing so much I kept it for another use.

I have a soft serve shop that has around 80 flavor concentrates. After a number of years of using the bottles provided by the supplier — which had white labels and were very hard to keep clean and presentable — I found translucent 8 ounce bottles from BottleStore that would accommodate the very specific pumps required for these concentrates. I wish I could post a photo because these bottles are perfect! I affixed laminated labels for easy identification. Cleaning is a breeze and my flavoring station looks like it was created by a pro. Easy to order. Quick shipping. And the price was much better than I hoped.

I love this company!! They always fulfill quickly and the shipping carriers get it to me fast as well (maybe they are shipping from same region as me!) ! They actually care about their products showing up in great condition (glass!!) and the packaging shows they care !! SHIPPING WAS RECEIVED ON TIME IN PERFECT CONDITION

I don't like the caps packed in stapled paper shopping bags. It makes me wonder how they were packed and if they were contaminated. Also I understand the need for packing but it was a little excessive and I feel the items could have been consolidated into a few less boxes. I am grateful to have found a domestic supplier. The prices could be a little better but seem competitive. From my end it is just difficult to provide a competitive product when half the cost goes to bottling and labeling.

I find your website difficult to navigate and put both a bottle and a top together. We had an extensive issue with our order creating back orders for customers when the lids did not fit.
HOWEVER, I will say your customer service is very competent, helpful and patient. It is why we continued with our order and will continue our business with BOTTLE STORE.

The price of shipping may be high but the jars I ordered were still less expensive than from Amazon. They were shipped very quickly and extremely well packed.

Great price, don't mind driving an hour and half to save hundreds on shipping and they are very friendly and helpful.

Quick and efficient when it came to getting the bottles delivered. Perfect bottles just as advertised. Great experience would have been 5 of 5, just need to tidy up with payment processing, page said error when payment was processed without a hitch apparently. Eitherway, awesome company!
