I ordered a 50th Anniversary wine
I ordered a 50th Anniversary wine. They sent me a different vintage that “was not” the Anniversary wine. It cost a little over $300 and they won’t take it back and give me the wine I ordered. They offered me $5 off coupon on my next order. I will never order from them again. I did not give authorization to have the wine substituted. Warning “do not buy from them”!

We specialize exclusively in supplying empty containers and closures for spirits and wine producers, as well as other markets, but we do not sell or ship finished alcoholic beverages or vintage wines.
As we only sell packaging supplies, we would not have the ability to fulfill, substitute, or charge you for the bottle of wine described in your review.

Good product, horrible website.
The product is great, the communication is great, but your website is absolutely annoying. There is a drop down menu that pops up WAY TOO OFTEN and makes the experience dreadful. Its also not as easy to navigate and get info as it could/should be.

First time customer . . .
This was my first time working with your company. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I placed my order on 10-30-25. I received my order on November 6th (one week coming from NJ to AZ).
I was impressed at how quickly my order came, yet, most importantly, I was happy to find that not one bottle was broken and, best of all, you came in $70 less than I was paying with another company.
I will definitely see about using your company again in the near future.

My items were exactly as described and the cost of my products were the lowest available!
Cost of shipping is ridiculous but that’s everywhere not the bottle stores fault.
