Easy to order

Easy to order. Fast order prep time.
*If you make an error on your order after business hours you cannot edit any part of the order & there is no cancel option online or in email confirmation. I contacted them less than 10 minutes after placing the order (6 minutes after business hours) by phone and email and could not edit my order.

Great products and service! Excellent website

Great website, prompt delivery!

Website was easy to search for the bottle I needed, and helpfully suggested the appropriate lids and put the right quantity into my order.

Well packaged, with paper/cardboard that can be recycled. All bottles arrived unbroken, in perfect condition, ready for my syrups. Thank you!

Recent order concern

Our recent order was shipped in two packages, of which one got misplaced (on our end). Contacted customer service and Lisa did an excellent job tracking down the order from your end. She was prompt on responding to our inquiry. Although the exchanges were via email, they were pleasant and courteous. Thank you!
