At the price and with a name like …of London, I expected something much better made. The quality was unacceptable. I could buy this kind of Made in China pyjama on Amazon for a fifth of the price. I gave the pyjama to the salvation army.

Slight hiccup with my most recent order due to courier used. Bown had everything sorted out within a few hours.

I just got my Bown of London Summer Blazer.
Wow!, it is every bit as fantastic as it appears on their website. A finely crafted quality classic Boating Blazer. You'd be hard pressed to find a comparison anywhere in the world, and for a very reasonable cost. Bown also delivers on first rate customer service and fast delivery as promised...
of course they do, they're a legacy British Company.

Super late, not reliable shipping provider or options given

Love my purchase. Fits nice and amazing colours. Fab customer service, I emailed them about an issue I had, they replied very quickly and sent out a replacement which I received the next day

They know how to make the buying experience, including when the need is to return, an excellent one, start to finish. And the product quality is absolutely superb. If you want the true top-of-the-line quality, it is here with Bown.

I didn't get the ❤️ put on my robe.

The quality of material is great. However, the attention to detail in the couture is lacking for the price point. Vertical lines in the material don’t line up across seams. The cuffs, when rolled op are backwards/opposite to each other.

I ordered a robe for my partner but it was too small. HOWEVER....the robe was just right for me - big and cozy! I reached out to Bown and asked if I could get the two for one deal on their website, keep the first robe and just order a second robe for him and pay the difference. I received an email response right away (Freddie) and was able to order the second robe which arrived quickly. The quality of the robe is superb and best of all, it fit my tall guy perfectly! I appreciated the excellent customer service.

I ordered a large size rob. Bown of London sent me a XXL, which I returned. The next time instead of sending my Large, they sent me a XXXXL. I don't know if they think this is funny, but I returned that XXXXL as well. Don't know about this company.

Excellent quality robe and great shipping speed. This was the second item I ordered from them. I found their customer service to be friendly and outstanding.

When I raised a concern about an issue with my order, the costumer service was second to none - I was very impressed.

However, I would be uninclined to order from Bown again as I was not overly impressed with the overall quality of the item I ordered, especially with regards to the price point.

I received my order promptly. The robes, of course, are beautiful and will the recipient very happy! I so enjoy shopping at this store@

Beautiful dressing gown. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very expensive robe. This is not the plush robe you think it is. It’s relatively short 51inches, and there are better robes for the money. A Ralph Lauren polo robe is half the price and more soft and longer. My main beef is how short and small pockets, a bit of a ripped off feeling.
