I didn't get the ❤️ put on my robe.

The quality of material is great. However, the attention to detail in the couture is lacking for the price point. Vertical lines in the material don’t line up across seams. The cuffs, when rolled op are backwards/opposite to each other.

I ordered a robe for my partner but it was too small. HOWEVER....the robe was just right for me - big and cozy! I reached out to Bown and asked if I could get the two for one deal on their website, keep the first robe and just order a second robe for him and pay the difference. I received an email response right away (Freddie) and was able to order the second robe which arrived quickly. The quality of the robe is superb and best of all, it fit my tall guy perfectly! I appreciated the excellent customer service.

I ordered a large size rob. Bown of London sent me a XXL, which I returned. The next time instead of sending my Large, they sent me a XXXXL. I don't know if they think this is funny, but I returned that XXXXL as well. Don't know about this company.

Excellent quality robe and great shipping speed. This was the second item I ordered from them. I found their customer service to be friendly and outstanding.

When I raised a concern about an issue with my order, the costumer service was second to none - I was very impressed.

However, I would be uninclined to order from Bown again as I was not overly impressed with the overall quality of the item I ordered, especially with regards to the price point.

I received my order promptly. The robes, of course, are beautiful and will the recipient very happy! I so enjoy shopping at this store@

Beautiful dressing gown. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very expensive robe. This is not the plush robe you think it is. It’s relatively short 51inches, and there are better robes for the money. A Ralph Lauren polo robe is half the price and more soft and longer. My main beef is how short and small pockets, a bit of a ripped off feeling.

Amazing quality. We have both got Bown of London dressing gowns now.

Lovely product of high quality. Prompt delivery too

I ordered a monogrammed robe for my husband for our anniversary. I placed the order on March 8th. This is their shipping policy:

3-4 business days for standard orders / 7-10 days for monogrammed robes

After 10 business days I emailed to ask when the robe would arrive. I was given a FedEx tracking number that said the label has been created but they were waiting for the package.

The day after my anniversary (March 25th) I emailed again asking why it has still not shipped. I was told they will speak with the embroiderer and ship it out ASAP.

On March 30th I emailed again asking why it had still not shipped. This was the response:

“Your order was shipped early last week and as the tracking still hasn’t updated, we believe the package must be lost in transit.
I’m extremely sorry about this as I know the order was already taking longer than expected to arrive.
I am already in contact with our embroiderer to get a replacement sent out to you”

I asked when the replacement would be shipped out, theirs was their response:

“The replacement will be shipped by the end of the week at the latest.
I know it won’t make up for the delay, but we can offer you a 20% delay on your order as an apology.
Again, I’m so sorry for this delay.”

I received the 20% off and waited for the robe to arrive. On April 4th I had still not received any new tracking information so I emailed again asking when the robe would ship.

Today, April 7th, nearly a month after I ordered this, I get this response:

“Our embroiderer was meant to ship the replacement on Friday. They have now informed me that there was a rip on the robe so they haven’t shipped it. The Oxford design is now out of stock in large so we would be unable to ship it this week.
I’m extremely sorry that we’ve let you down here and can completely understand your frustration. Please accept our sincerest apologies.
I will issue you a full refund today.”

I was strung along for a month for a robe I spent $222.93 on for my husband and now 2 weeks after our anniversary I learn it will never arrive. I hope “Freddie” who lied to me all month telling me the robe was on its way gets the karma he deserves for ruining my anniversary.

I have not received my order.

I’m very disappointed that I still haven’t received my product. It is two weeks already.

I ordered bespoke slippers and the service from the sales team has been exceptional in keeping me informed as the ordered progressed. Freddie needs a mention.

I bought a men's robe called "Mayfair" on Amazon. In the item description of the (Amazon) website, that item is made of %100 cotton. However, after a month and a week, I looked at the label sewn into the item stating that it's actually %90 polyester and %10 cotton. On the company's own website, "Made from cotton-rich velvet" is stated, yet there is no suggestion of the percentage of the type of fabric used. It's an almost 300 GBP product, and such a "mistake" is unacceptable. I am afraid the label seems the right indicator in this case, and I bought the item thinking it's %100 cotton. I haven't encountered any shoddiness yet, since the product is new and not used much. I am very disappointed nonetheless...

Dispatched efficiently and it such is such a lovely smoking robe.
