Il design non mi è piaciuto per niente. Sembra economico. La qualità non è affatto buona per il prezzo.

Our organisation left Box.com (Not because of the customer service!)
But.. organisations that we have contact with still use Box.

But, what did Box do after we left? They disabled our accounts instead of deleting our organisation.
So if any of our users get an invite now from another organisation, they automatically get referred to our SSO, because of Box recognising that the account is still a part of box.com and then they get "Your account is disabled".

So, we cannot receive invites any more on our work emailaddresses and our users have to ask to share to gmail/hotmail/...
Its also not possible to create an new account / reset password because of this.

We contacted their support many times, but we only got stupid answers. They refuse to delete our organisation. It should be a few clicks on their side! :(

Every contact with their support is like throwing a ticket into a black hole. They only come with answers that are besides the point. It kind of feels like they are trolling because they cannot be that incompetent.

Never had such a bad experience with a professional company.... AVOID AT ALL COST!

They suck you in with a 14 day free trial, that you do,so you can open a document that was sent to you, the monthly charge is then $17, you cant get into your file because it doesnt recognise your email, you get a confirmation email for an annual invoice for $840.40. there is no way to cancel subscription so i ended up cancelling my credit card to stop the charges.

TERRIBLE site!!! Received a document, had to create an account to view it. A month later, they started charging me $60 a month, refuse to refund it!!!

Joined up on a free account. Signed-up and paid for three team members but was then told I didn't have a paid account, so repeated the process. Got billed for six. Sales team helped me raise this with customer service (go sales team) but was told nothing they could do. So much for customer service.

Very bad update speed on files, normally save multiple old copies and eat up so much space. However, one time I moved files out of Box - they copied EMPTY files out instead of carrying the content with it. When I tried to undo the action, they copied the empty files back in, making me lose all the content. This time, they don't save any old copies automatically!!!! Horrible website - I am using it because my school uses it for file transfer.

Unfortunately other people use this service to share things with me. It wasn't possible to log in or reset the password. In the end, it turns out that for some reason while they use your email address as a username, they make it case sensitive! In 2025! Avoid this service like the plague--if they can't get basic things right, only a fool would trust them with their files!

Box Comedy fished out my credit card somehow on November 4th 2025 while I attempted to download the App MeCast from Google Playstore. Today I received a transaction for 49,00 EURO but my Mastercard provider noticed the scam and rejected the payment to boxcomed via SecureID from my Bank Institute in Germany. My credit card is now been blocked and I will receive a new card and number. I attempted calling them, but only receive a message "Internetworking Error A real scam and real bad company!!!

Der Support drängte auf ein Update. Danach stellt es sich heraus, dass der Preis sich versechsfacht hat und wir als Unternehmen knapp 370 € im Monat zahlen sollten. Bisher waren es 30. Da macht jede NAS mehr Sinn.

Don't use this company. Their user interface made it hard to cancel the trial. I never used this service because the design is awful! They charged me and I canceled. Next thing I'm getting bank notices they tried to make a transaction. Their customer service Jhon was not helpful. I still had to pay. This company is bad.

This company is a total rip off - I have been askign for help from their billing department and i cannnot get any satisfaction The company has taken funds out of my account without my permission and will not help me. I cannot get anyone in a supervisor position or even someone from the US to get on the phone or email _ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

es una estafa por que no te entregan nada de valor, yo compre una caja mediana y yo pregunto por lo que me mandaron si esa era la caja medianna no quiero saber como es la chica, una cagada ya que de entrada no te espesifican en ilustracion cual es la chica, la mediana y la grande !!!!!

Estafadores.....a mi amiga le paso lo mismo....sabe alguien como se puede denunciar a estos embusteros? Tienen que pillarlos

Si te das cuenta antes que llegue el paquete que es un herror, cuando llegue el paquete lo puedes rechazar, no te ponen ningún problema.

Son unos estafadores con todas las letras, espero que la gente vea estos comentarios antes de picar como yo por no verificar las opiniones de los demas antes de caer en esta estafa.

Es una estafa total. Te dicen que va en consonancia a lo que pagas, pero, realmente pagas 66 euros por 4 porquerías.
Bien es cierto, que se aprovechan de los incautos, como me acaba de pasar.
