Bought a Microsoft Mouse on the 23rd and it was eventually delivered on the 31st. Item was OK but I'm not sure they are UK based and there is no indication, as far as I could see on their web site, of any UK presence.

Absolute trash of a company. Use anyone else. There’s plenty of options. These guys just will charge you for as ever as they can. Disgusting experience

Estafa pura y dura
Yo también he sido estafado por estos rateros de pelo corto. He visto por ahí que juntaros todos y poner una denuncia a la policía. Soy miembro de fuerzas de seguridad y yo recomiendo denuncia individual. Como es una cantidad de cara a la ley irrisoria para ser delito hay que hacerlo con varias para que sea computado como delito. Presentar el albarán, que ellos ocultan el titular que envía, pero con la denuncia mis compañeros pueden saber quién es la rata que lo manda.
Su nueva modalidad para seguir la estafa es que si les reclamas te piden número Iban del banco. Nunca lo facilitéis porque os pueden acabar de saquear las cuentas. Yo en breve iré a su despacho, casa o lo que sea y aquí pondré los datos que se recopilen para que onyerpongais la correspondiente denuncia a estas rayas de cuello pelado.

Buenos días, escribir por aquí todos quienes hayan sido timados por The Box Spain por la misteriosa caja de porquería que vienen cosas de los chinos pareciera, nos reunimos y vamos a la policía para hacer una denuncia conjunta por engañar a la gente por internet puesto que somos varias en la misma situación

Según lo ofertado en su página, compré un producto por valor de 60€, con la descripción detallada de Box Apple. Sin embargo, lo que recibí fue un simple par de guantes de plástico, totalmente ajeno a lo anunciado, sin valor alguno y claramente una estafa.
Esto constituye un engaño deliberado al consumidor, lo cual no solo es inaceptable, sino también ilegal según las leyes de comercio y protección al consumidor

Es un auténtico timo lo que hay dentro no llega ni a 5 euros por favor no comprar nada yo me arriesgue porque en la misma web sale que todo el mundo contento totalmente mentira

Never give them your credit card. Their TOS might as well read "I agree to give you my first born child." They claim they cannot cancel without a call--but there is no phone number, and no one responds to online inquiries. Decreasing the number of seats on your account leads to a charge, which they refuse to remove--so if you have 20 people last year and 19 this year, if you reduce to 19, they will charge you for 39 seats. They are completely arrogant and unhelpful. Switched to them years ago for security purposes and, given how bad their software and their management is, I do not believe in their security.

I like their product but their customer service is so bad.
The previews for common file types work well on all devices.
The sharing is designed pretty well and is useful. It's easy to share a folder with specific people and allow anyone to upload a file easily without needing an account. After seeing how Box's competitors do file sharing so poorly, Box is so much better. Although I wish you could stop sharing with a specific person after a certain amount of time; that's only available with a link. And I wish you could see everything that is shared, maybe with a specific person too.
Their offline files work really well, I especially like that if you look at a file it temporarily keeps an offline preview in case you find out you need it later but forgot to save it offline.
Their customer service is like non existent though. I had a problem and tried to get help with it for many months but couldn't. I tried many different ways to contact them for a long time, so it's not like I gave up easily.
I get it through my university for free so it's great because of that. If I didn't, I don't think I would get it though. Since it costs a decent amount every month and there's no 1 time payment option so you have to pay a considerable amount forever. It's good, but not good enough for the price.

I did not sign up to subscribe, Perhaps there was a trial period. But since June 2020, I was being charged $180/year under a different business name. $900 to date . TOTAL FRAUD .
This trade name does not appear in the Better Business Bureau . Uses different corporate name.

Me siento engañada y estafa, en el anuncio publicaban, que mínimo íbamos a recibir algo del valor del precio pagado, no esperaba recibir ni un Apple ni un portátil, pero algo valorado en 60€ pero el contenido en mi caja no supera ni 20 € en un chino. Estuve mandando correos para reclamar, pero no hay ninguna respuesta, ya que dicen que son las consecuencias de las cajas sorpresa. Me llegó un aparato para pasta de dientes, un usb sin especificar los Gb y un tijera para las cejas 😡 😡 😡 realmente me siento decepcionada.

Estafa total, he pagado 66 euros , por cuatro productos de plástico de los chinos , en la publicidad decía que vendría algo de Apple, es mentira. Me siento muy estafado, no lo recomiendo a nadie , ESTO ES UNA ESTAFA EN TODA REGLA. no compren nada aquí , que yo por no hacerle caso a las opiniones de los demás me han ESTAFADO.

They have a good system but no customer support. Impossible to speak with anyone other a sales rep telling you how great Box.com is and wanting to sell you additional services. Avoic at all cost,

@box There is no real customer service. No way to speak to a human. No phone support, no replies to tickets or emails.

The only thing that works is paying more money to add seats. But when I tried to cancel or fix an accidental $1,680 charge — I got zero response.

I submitted multiple tickets: #3348901 and #3348904, emailed support, and even filed a BBB complaint. Still no help.

Now I have to cancel my credit card just to stop being charged. This is outrageous. #BoxSupport #BoxFail #CustomerService

Fraude,gasté 66€,y venían cosas que compras en el chino por 6€

Ya veo en plan que van estos. El pasado 4 de junio les hice un pedido, en las condiciones de pago, de Ia muy claro *contra reembolso* al no llegarme la caja, lógicamente no hay pago. Eso si, ya me pasaron el día 5 una pasarela de pago, y ahora está en *pendiente de pago* para continuar el proceso. Pues que se sienten a esperar, todo indica lo que son
