I have contacted customers service several times to receive a yes or no answer on shipping to Japan. Several chats and E- mails sent but as of this date no replies to my question. Would appreciate an answer on way or the other.

1/4/26 and still no order and no response to my emails asking for tracking information.. very upsetting

My first order came quick and I was happy but my second order with all my husbands Christmas gifts NEVER arrived. I reached out by email several times and I never got a response. I have a tracking # and it hasn’t updated since 12/7/25 and here it is 12/21/25 and no order, no email with helpful tracking, no nothing..

Well I was a little leary of buying the sword off of tic too. I was buying this sword for my son for christmas. Not only did it make it before christmas, my son was so happy when he opened it. Heavy duty well made katana. Will buy again in the future.

I was shocked when I got this Hand forged Japanese samurai katana! The workmanship is very exquisite and you can feel that it is handmade. The pattern of the blade is also very beautiful and textured. It is very impressive to display at home.

Great all I have to say is that the product is better than I could've expected.
