Mine came after three weeks. Heavy and well made. Strong spring, real wood and nice machining.

I've had 2 orders of mystery pocket knives from here without any real issues. The first order was much slower but it fell during the lunar new year festival and when I emailed they replied saying it would be posted out in next couple of days.

Order cancelled and no replies on emails.

Ordered a mystery box and cancelled the minute I ordered as I found out it was illegal in my country. The seller ignored my messages then continued to send it which resulted in the police coming to my house.

The company has not refunded either. What a waste of time and money. Not happy.

I ordered an auto extending self defense baton and it arrived in exactly 20 days which is what was listed as "shipping time" at time of purchase. It was worth the money for sure.

I ordered 2 knives and only 1 came and after I paid 79 dollars they took an extra 50 dollars off my card !!!!!

Their products are trash, scratched and used stuff...

I had placed and order worth USD 378 in Feb 2025, after 2 months in Apr 2025 Gelshadow said they can't deliver and they will refund the money in a week, after which there is no response for my follow-up mails, so far it's 5 months no refund nor the items delivered. Please be careful about this company before placing the order.

I ordered a mystery box for grandson as a reward for his school work. I started following the tracking and after 2 weeks message the company as tracking was saying package was in some states 3 times. I never received the package. And when I contacted customer service. They basically said I lied and the package was delivered. We have a locked mail box! Mail person open adds mail locks up again. It never arrived! They are still hemming and hawing about a refund or shipping another! Looks like I’m out the cost of the item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I bought a knuckleduster and a butterfly knife. Then I checked the reviews on trust pilot and didn’t expect my order to arrive. They arrived early and decent quality. I’ve not used them yet and don’t intend to but I like looking at them

COMPLETE SCAM! ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE MADE BY THE WEBSITE THEMSELVES. NOBODY WRITES LIKE THAT ANYWAY, NOT TO MENTION SOME OF THEM ARE WORD FOR WORD DUPLICATED. IF YOU DO RECEIVE ANYTHING IT’S MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC AND YES, EVEN THE KNIVES AND TELESCOPIC BATONS!

They do not respond to customers! I’ve tried contacting them several times and they don’t respond

Do NOT ever order anything from this company or site. You will never receive your package and they will just lie to you when you email them with any questions. Gelshadow is a total Chinese scam. I made the mistake once, and will never do it again. Please tell anyone even thinking of ordering from them to not do it. You will never see your purchase.. I have been waiting months now and emailed them several times. They are blaming the post office, and I can't get a real answer from anyone on their end.

100% low quality product .

They scammed for over 100$ hit my account twice for a "ring knife" 17.99$ each and a mystery box for 89.99$ both of which I ordered over a month ago trash Chinese scam website don't waste your time or money -5* review
