Good personal service by Luca Hogan. Took the time to contact us when it was convenient for us (outside of normal office hours). Clearly explained each policy and tailored to our needs.

Dealt with a few members of staff and made me feel comfortable and not just like they were doing their job - especially Luca. Gave me his working hours and also said I could contact him outside of those. As a sufferer of severe anxiety and depression; he made me feel at ease and in safe hands. Extremely professional, helpful and precise. Did not try to pressure me into policies I didn’t need etc. Walked away with Income Protection and more peace of mind than I had originally.
