Shocking company lack of professionalism. Disgraceful workmanship. That they created throughout my house. Stress ans anxiety of getting everything rectified. Send a number of emails with photos of the shocking work and holes left in my walls covered by trim. I was given a a token of good will. Shocking behaviour from the company.

Jim and Ant did an excellent job of replacing my windows. They were both very experienced and considerate working in and around our home. Excellent service, quality windows and job.

What a great company!! From start to finish they were so helpful, highly professional and on point. We would like to especially thank the installer Paul Robinson; over the last 4 days he was always on time, polite, friendly and extremely good at his job, the finish is impeccable!! We are so happy with the work and with Brackenwood, highly recommend them. Thank you to all at Brackenwood!

We had our windows and front door replaced this week by Brackenwood.

From our first contact with Andy (in sales) to paying the final balance, the whole experience was easy and reassuringly pleasant.

Leroy and Jason (our fitters) were punctual on both days and both were very polite, leaving our house clean and tidy as they completed the work room by room.

We are so pleased with the job they have done. The windows look great and we are already seeing the benefits of having properly fitted windows, with no draft and improved sound insulation. We are really impressed by how neat the windows look and by how quickly and organised they worked. Their workmanship is second to none.

After this experience we will definitely be using Brackenwood again, as we are planning an extension in the future, and will highly recommend them to our friends and family in the mean time.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Jason, Leroy and Andy for answering all of our questions and also to the rest of the team for making the whole process as smooth as possible.

We were very impressed with the service from Brackenwood - from the initial contact with Mike who was very efficient and knowledgeable and no query was too small. To the surveyor who gave helpful information, and lastly the fitters Chris and Graham who worked tirelessly, were punctual, polite and friendly, and ensured our home was always clean and tidy at the end of the day. Their attention to detail and workmanship was second to none. Overall everyone we encountered was friendly and professional, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Brackenwood and would certainly use them again.

James & Adam worked really hard in sub zero temperatures to put a tiled roof on our conservatory. They did an excellent job, were punctual and friendly and we are delighted with the result.

Great service from Stuart & Jonny this week fitting my replacement conservatory roof, and all in the rain too! It makes a huge difference to have friendly, efficient guys complete work in your home. Couldn't ask for more.

The installation of our replacement conservatory roof with a solid, tiled roof was carried out in an explemary manner by Adam & James from Brackenwood. They were punctual, polite and left the conservatory clean and tidy after each day despite the inclement weather. attention to detail was first class and we are very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Brackenwood and would be happy to use them again in the future.

I had my windows replaced by Brackenwood under the promises of a 10 year guarantee. Now that one of the windows has a broken seal with condensation in it, I'm told that I must pay for the labour because the labour guarantee was only one year. This, I accept, is stated somewhere in the middle of the terms and conditions but it was never mentioned by anyone at the time when they explained how wonderful the 10 year guarantee was.
I am extremely disappointed and I feel misled because they know that no one reads the terms and conditions word for word before signing. There should be an asterix on the guarantee page alerting us to this.
What a con!
Please note that I am within the 10 years and, as this is normal wear and tear, why am I being quoted a minimum charge of £90 plus vat when you are saying there is no charge for normal wear and tear? If Brackenwood really do mean what they say then I would appreciate a call to confirm this as I have only had 2 calls where the exact opposite has been said.

From the first contact to completion of our new garden room Brackenwoods service and staff were just excellent. The installation team were prompt each day, extremely professional and polite and did a fantastic job. We had a minor issue with the bi-fold door not closing tight and only noticed this when the weather turned colder. They quickly had someone out and fixed the issue which was just a simple adjustment to the door and the engineer who's name was Paul explained how I could do this too if ever needed in the future. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Fabulous to do business with, cannot recommend highly enough.

Brilliant service start to finish from the initial meeting with Natalie who put together the door, attention to detail excellent, competitive pricing, the excellent service from the office keeping me updated to when the door would be fitted (which was ahead of schedule by 4 weeks). The fitter installed the door who was called Vasi attention to detail was excellent and did a super job.
Any future home improvements i will be using them again.

Not even 18 month, and can't open one of the window, the locking mechanism is brocken, that part should last years, not months, also the part will come free of charge, we are expected to pay £90 for something that was either faulty or installed incorrectly.

Windows fitted in 3 days 14-16th of September 2022 as almost the whole house needed an upgrade. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and willing to support me, Andrew who first visited our property and carried out a survey, Ryan carried out 2nd survey, Reg & Stu the fitters, Catherine from accounts & payments were all fantastic!
I gave a 5 star ⭐️ rating for the wonderful customer service experienced.
But, today 23/10/22, after the rains in Reading I visited the property as we have not moved in yet due to some renovations. (I noted some of the lead paint chipped out and I’m hoping this is going to be resolved in a professional manner too !!) Thank you .

Great service from start to finish. Fair and reasonable quote, no messing about. Quality product. Slight change to layout of one window to improves aesthetics as recommended by the guys on site. An issue with a window which was incorrect size but all resolved without a fuss and building left secure etc. Would highly recommend.

Asked a Brackenwood sales rep. to come and quote for new windows and doors. He was very professional and understood what style we wanted. Quote was accepted and we have now had these fitted. The two fitters, Alex and Colin, were excellent and certainly knew their job very well. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they explained what they were doing each day they were with us. We are so pleased with the installation. Windows and doors look amazing. Thank you Alex, Colin and to everyone at Brackenwood for a very professional service.

The products are good,but expensive.we bought new windows. The two window fitters Colin and Alex were very professional and very meticulous. They finished the windows erection much earlier than the time frame given. Good company.

Ben, Wendy and Chris fitted our Bi fold doors and windows and did a great job. Tidy and clean and respectful of us and the dogs while working. Great job all looks fantastic. 👏
