Ordered online, easy to use web site and to create an account. Best price in the area by far. Kept informed on the delivery of my order. Delivery driver really polite and very helpful.
Great service Ordered online collected the following day, spoke to I think James on the phone who was very helpful with his knowledge about the product.
I have to write a review to mention how helpful and friendly all the staff are at the st Austell branch on each of my visits, 👏👏 bradfords you've got some great staff there.

Great service !
Great communication from branch and delivery driver . Branch phoned promptly, thanked me for my order and asked when I would like delivery. Delivery driver phoned and told me when he would arrive and when he did he couldn’t have been more helpful in putting my order where i wanted it. Great customer service, thanks.

Didn't come on the arranged day
We ordered on Friday, and they rang us on Monday and asked which day we'd like the delivery. We said Wednesday. Tuesday morning we found they'd delivered and left everything outside in the rain - plywood and MDF skirting boards. As we're both retired it would have been nice of them to carry the plywood indoors for us. And to have come on the day we'd arranged.
