The main thing that irritated me was the driver saying he couldn't crane the order to the side of my house which was accessible instead would leave it on the pavement/grass outside our front door....... もっと見る

Didn't come on the arranged day
We ordered on Friday, and they rang us on Monday and asked which day we'd like the delivery. We said Wednesday. Tuesday morning we found they'd delivered and left everything outside in the rain - plywood and MDF skirting boards. As we're both retired it would have been nice of them to carry the plywood indoors for us. And to have come on the day we'd arranged.

Good Afternoon Mrs Reid
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to the delivery arriving outside of when you had arranged it and the goods being left in the rain.
I apologise greatly for these issues and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
I will look into this further, and feed this back to the Branch concerned, to see what caused this to happen.
Kind Regards,
Sam

Excellent Service & Product
I have had cause to order from Bradfords twice recently and received the same high degree of service on both occasions. Placing the order online could not have been simpler. The follow up call to confirm the order and arrange delivery was extremely efficient , helpful and courteous. The delivery itself was prompt and the driver was very helpful in placing the goods where I required them and all done with a smile. I chose Bradfords based on price but have to say the quality of the product I received was first class considering I could not find it cheaper elsewhere. I can definitely recommend Bradfords and will use them again should the need arise.
