Had driver John this morning delivering dumpy bag of pipe bedding to site in Greenway road, Taunton, John is always upbeat, happy and positive, it was a slightly awkward delivery for him, but John was very patient and professional, he enacted the delivery perfectly. Great price and service
Great price, easy to order and delivery of the product. I would have liked an accurate delivery time but they stacked the product nicely so it was not an issue.

Good product from a good company
Good product at fair price. Delivery was as advertised and great communications. I would certainly use Bradfords again.

We've been using Bradfords as a supplier a lot over the last few years, and the team has always been brilliant.
The yard crew, in-store team, and delivery drivers have all been brilliant.
They are all really friendly and helpful, and always do their best to help us.
Whatever they are putting in their coffee, it's working - even the yard is tidy.
All unheard of in building merchants :-)

When I went to collect the shop staff were quick, friendly and efficient And again the yard staff were very helpful and polite.

Bradfords has really impressed me with their top-notch service. Ordering online was straightforward, with competitive prices and reliable delivery. The helpful driver managed a tricky drop-off perfectly, and communication was spot-on throughout. Their Taunton branch adds a personal touch with knowledgeable staff like Moses. Rob was amazing, great service!
Rob was amazing! Friendly cheerful and extremely helpful. Gravel wasn’t what I expected so he took it back and changed it for me. No issue, nothing g was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Bradfords to anyone and if your delivery driver is Rob, say Hi from me…
