Bradfords, Taunton
We've been using Bradfords as a supplier a lot over the last few years, and the team has always been brilliant.
The yard crew, in-store team, and delivery drivers have all been brilliant.
They are all really friendly and helpful, and always do their best to help us.
Whatever they are putting in their coffee, it's working - even the yard is tidy.
All unheard of in building merchants :-)

When I went to collect the shop staff were quick, friendly and efficient And again the yard staff were very helpful and polite.

Bradfords has really impressed me with their top-notch service. Ordering online was straightforward, with competitive prices and reliable delivery. The helpful driver managed a tricky drop-off perfectly, and communication was spot-on throughout. Their Taunton branch adds a personal touch with knowledgeable staff like Moses. Rob was amazing, great service!

I opened an account at my local Taunton branch of Bradfords earlier this year. I must say I have been very impressed all round. Top service, quality products and service with a smile from the team. I often dealt with Moses who was on the ball and gave great advice and arranged prompt delivery. No hesitation 5/5 Thank you Bradfords.

Glitchy ordering and don't bank on a timely delivery!!
I struggled to order sheet materials online as the glitchy checkout system first of all insisted that my delivery address was different from my basket address - it wasn't. Then it refused to record my shipping address correctly on my order. One of my two stars goes to the Online Chat lady who ended up adding a note to my order to ensure the delivery came to the correct address, not a similar address up the road.
I ordered on Tuesday 20/8/24, with a quoted delivery of 2-3 days. I therefore expected delivery by Friday 23/8/24 afternoon latest, and booked labour accordingly. Friday afternoon I received an email saying that because of the following Bank Holiday Monday on 26/8/24, my order wouldn't be delivered until Wednesday 28/8/24. I mean, really? You quote 2-3 working days but actually manage considerably worse. That's pretty hopeless in terms of delivering a decent, timely service to the customer, and a huge frustration to me in having to cancel labour - at a cost to me - and annoying delay getting an urgent job done in a decent timescale.
The second star is for the delivery driver who was absolutely excellent and very helpful.

Pulling past others
Easy to order via the net, and very good prices, pick up was just as easy.
There's a lot of competition from other builder merchants ,but Bradfords is pulling past them all with good prices
