Better experience for DIYers
Bradfords at Verwood is not really geared up for DIYers.
It took a while for member of staff to process order.
Seems that a lot of unnecessary paperwork is involved.
Verwood has no Homebase, B&Q, Screwfix or Toolstation. They could make an absolute killing. Often resort to local surplus store.

paving blocks delivery
A phone confirmation and delivery date of an online order less than 12 hours after making the order was appreciated. A well informed and helpful delivery driver made the delivery a success.
